Great location and very comfortable dome. The materials used are high quality and they provide everything you could want for a great glamping experience. Everything was very clean.

It’s pretty close to a big road, which is knew from previous bookings so it didn’t bother me but it’s something to keep in mind when it comes to noise. I just wish I could see the river better from the dome. They’re right next to it but possibly the water level was low and the brush was really high so we couldn’t really see the river.

We were thrilled with the unique style of accommodation and luxurious interior. It was thoroughly equipped with absolutely everything needed for either short or long term stay. Exterior included BBQ, fire pit with seating, and even a hammock to relax in.

The one and only thing was the proximity to the highway. However, we were supplied with earplugs if the traffic noise interrupts your sleep. Not a problem for me and would not stop me from returning.

I really liked the modernness and layout of the dome. The coffee was really good, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever.

There’s a flashing light in the middle of the room, maybe it’s the wifi box, but it’s kinda annoying when you wanna look at the starts so if there’s a way to cover it or turn it off that would be great for future guests.

Everything was incredible and exactly what we had imagined. We loved being able to cook, open the dome, use the fire pit, see wildlife.

It was not as close to the river as hoped. The domes are VERY close together. The road noise is very loud. We would highly recommend planting several trees along the road and some additional trees between the domes.

I liked that it was close to town and right by the river which was beautiful.

The property was nice but I will say that the bed was a little hard for my liking but I slept good! Also it was very clean space but on the bed it looked like someone stepped on it with a shoe but it wasn’t anything crazy.

The dome itself was very luxurious.

While it is technically on the river, your view is just of some bushes. You don't even have access to the river. So nothing about the actual experience involves a river. Being close to the road you do hear cars going by but didn't impact our sleep.

The staff was excellent, the room was large. The amenities were great (full kitchen and stocked with all accessories, well-equipped bathroom, extras also included slippers, bathrobe, noise machines for sleeping)

It was close to the road and I could hear trucks downshifting. Outside could use more lighting

Modern, new built and well maintained facility. The kitchen provides everything you need and even though we were on a road trip we could prepare a nice barbecue. The fire pit and grill are excellent. Loved the hammock and European style bath. We didn’t miss anything. Coffee was great. We definitely want to come again.

Nothing to mention

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the view from the bed and the bed was very comfortable. Loved all the little extras, from the robes to the beach towels. Would love to come back and stay again. Conveniently located near town.

A little noisy with road traffic. But the sound from the nearby river helped offset the noise. Slept very well, anyway.

Much more living space than what looks like from the outside! Well set up and nice amenities like the gas fire pit, grill and hammock. I'll definitely look to go back when visiting Pagosa Springs area.

Door unlocking with the pin code a bit tricky ...
