We visit Parker frequently to see our family. This hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the airport, Denver, and the church we visit. The rooms are nice, with an updated bath and a sitting area. I recommend the rooms with two queen beds; they are larger and have walk-in closets.

Breakfasts are convenient and the staff is great! We were there for four nights, so a wider variety of muffin options or boiled eggs/omelets or biscuits/gravy would have been nice. My husband and I think we have had those choices in the past. Still, the breakfasts are very nice as they are.

Breakfast was very good and the weekday attendant at breakfast was incredibly nice. She noticed that we were new on our first day and made sure we knew where things were and what our options were. She worked hard to keep breakfast items well stocked and was very kind to our kids. She greeted us every morning and made a very long 3 week stay in a hotel with kids in tow a little bit brighter.

Sheets popped off beds by each morning. Hotel could definitely upgrade the sheets! The trundle bed mattress was awful. Kids didn't want to sleep on it and I didn't blame them.

Staff was excellent

At 10:00 pm my last night my power went out in my king room. I was told they would move my to a double queen at no charge. I noticed on my email receipt they charged me ten dollars more for the last night. At 10:00 pm I was packing and had all my stuff spread out so it really was inconvenient to move to a new room. You would think from a business perspective they would someway compensate me for the inconvenience rather than charging me more for something I did not cause.

The breakfast is great. I'll mention the one problem below. I love the room layout, the digital thermostat, the microwave, the couch and desk location, the extra door locks, the bathroom layout, the shower, the outlets and charging stations. We stayed at a Hyatt in Albuquerque on night on the way and the digital thermostat would only cool, not heat. Our room was 67 when we arrived, so we shut the cooling off, but were pretty cold.

The one major problem for out 8 day stay was that the lobby was continually at 65 degrees F. This caused the breakfast to be less than optimal because the hot food was cold quickly. There was no microwave in the breakfast area, either so we couldn't heat things up again. The coffee was lukewarm every day - we came to breakfast at various times. Fortunately our room thermostat could be set to keep us warm.

I like everything about this hotel. It is fairly new, the rooms are excellently laid out and well appointed. The room is divided with a desk with an openable glass divider. There is a couch with a pull-out trundle bed. The location is wonderful, especially if you want to use the Cherry Creek Trail to walk or bike. Many fast food and regular restaurants nearby, and Costco for gas and other stuff. Breakfast is extraordinary.

The only thing that was uncomfortable is that the lobby and breakfast area are about 66 degrees, extremely cold for us. We did a six day stay, then a four day stay two and a half weeks later, and the AC in the lobby was not fixed. A repair man was working on it the morning we left, but obviously the management didn't make this a priority, even though the staff was suffering.

Great breakfast selections and comfortanle dining area. Cranberry splash was particularly good. The room was beyond satisfactory. Very spacious, clean,, all amenities thoughtfully appointed. The location was very handy to everywhere we needed to go and the staff was wonderful helping with directions. We could live here!

I am partially handicapped with a foot disability and , although there were plenty of grab bars, I had some difficulty getting into the tub. A lower side to the tub or just a walk in shower would have been better for me. The bottom of the tub was somewhat slick also, but the seat was wonderful! We loved our experience here!

Clean and comfortable. Reasonably good breakfast. Very good coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Couple of points for feedback. We were traveling with our infant grandson and requested a crib. A pack and play was provided, however, it wasn’t assembled. We arrived late, so having to deal with assembly of it when everyone was tired and grumpy was challenging. While it wasn’t a major issue, it would have been nice and thoughtful for the unit to have been assembled. The only other minor thing was it would be nice to have usb ports on both sides of the bed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The entire place looks new and feels fresh, which made for a very comfortable stay. While the breakfast wasn’t the highlight—it was just okay—the overall cleanliness more than made up for it. If you’re looking for a spotless and modern place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is not the best.

I was returning to the States from vacationing in Europe and was tired and exhausted from so many hours traveling, so I was irritable at check-in but Jessica at the front desk was sweet and patient. She was a true professional! She reminded me that there are still nice genuinely nice people in the world.

I cannot complain about anything. The hotel had honored my request for a room on upper floor away from elevator and check-in went smoothly. In addition, the room was clean with a very comfortable bed.

Staff was great, lots of variety at breakfast and staff did a very good job of keeping breakfast area clean & hot food stocked, front desk staff was friendly and efficient, room was very clean. Pool temperature was warm and wonderful and pool area was also clean.

2 bed room was a little cramped, second bed had no view of television. Room was a bit dark & lighting was a little sparse- we didn't mind that, but some guests might.
