Did not appreciate the charge for parking. Not covered no valet parking and property posted that you are not responsible of damage or stolen property, yet a fee of $30.00/day. Fortunately the property compensated me for parking when I mentioned that I was not notified of the parking fee in advance. This amount seems high and obviously just a way for the property to increase cost to customers.

I would love to have a milk frothing tool/machine available at the coffee station. (So that you could create, or have, a latte or cappuccino.)

Full Kitchen and style/ décor

I did not like the table / desk positioned by the bedroom door. I would either remove it from the room or position it somewhere else in the hotel room. There was no makeup mirror. Lastly, I would have like the option of brighter lighting by the full mirror.

Breakfast choices were good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great indoor and outdoor spaces.

Light bulbs were out in our room. Phone battery was dead.

The front desk staff & breakfast staff were so kind! We loved the refreshment hour the first night we were there- such a treat! We called multiple other hotels in Denver & this by far was the most pet-friendly we could find. We will definitely stay again any other time we are in the area!

Quite a few channels didn’t work on our TV. The employee at the front desk helped us troubleshoot, but it was unsuccessful. He offered to move us to a different room, but we declined since it just seemed like a hassle with our dogs & all of our stuff. The situation was handled completely appropriately though at the time.

Modern & appealing to the eye

Our shower head fell on my daughter while she was showering, but other than that it was great!

The check in girl was so nice and very friendly. Hotel was clean and inviting, very nicely decorated for the holidays.

Really nothing to report, all was great.

Good spot near Park Meadows. Appreciated the afternoon beer in the lobby. Breakfast was okay.

Not really walkable to Park Meadows.

Really like the suites, but the breakfast is absolutely the best.

loved that it was close to everything, easily accessible and the accommodations were great! it was like a little apartment studio.

management does really well, pet rooms need a little TLC and a detailed clean. grout was icky in corners and the carpet was a little hairy. lol
