I liked the overall look and cleanliness of the place. It seemed very clean and it was quiet. We only had one instance of someone in the hall with their baby that woke us, otherwise we couldn't hear the other rooms. I felt safe and like the way the elevator worked. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was spacious. The view was nice too.

Breakfast wasn't good. We tried it our first day and then decided to eat out after that. It was also disappointing that it was served until 9:00am. When on vacation, you want to sleep in and you can't if you plan to eat at the hotel. We were also disappointed there wasn't a hot tub since the pool was cold. The towels at the pool also weren't stocked and a guest had to go out to the front counter to get towels. unfortunately we didn't realize how close we were to the hospital and the sirens kept us awake.

Location provides easy access to anywhere in Denver. Free parking that’s readily available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room is clean and well organized. The kitchen was fully operational and we enjoyed a few healthy meals as opposed to going out.

The entrance was locked on arrival with no signage as to how to get to the front desk. When other guests are loud you can hear almost 100% of the noise. There is a constant swooshing noise coming out of the ventilation system that can bother you. The pool is tiny and was crowded with just a few kids so I was never able to get in unless I got in queue

We loved our room! It had a kitchen, a living room area and then our beds were in a separate room. It felt like an apartment! The room was very clean!

The parking wasn’t the best. I feel like with the amount of rooms they have the amount of people they have stay there, there isn’t enough of parking spaces. That would be my biggest complaint.

Located within walking distance of the Anschutz Medical Center. Plenty of good dining options nearby, including the Modern Market, which is in the same building. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is personable and kind. Great value for the caliber of hotel this is.

I try to remember to request a room opposite of Colfax Avenue, which can be a bit noisy, especially if you are on the second or third floors.

Alex was very professional and accommodating. We had to adjust our stay to match my need for care at the hospital. Alex handled in like a pro.

It was surprising how limited the parking lot was. It would have been nice to have a bigger parking lot, so we would have felt more comfortable leaving the hotel and exploring Denver.

The location was perfect. I had business at the hospital at 6am and could easily walk there. Driving an a couple of hours from home and trying to make that meeting would have been stressful. Also, the staff was cheerful and helpful. One of the staff members that I met said everyday he makes sure the rooms are perfect.

There was some traffic noise, but I expected that and had a restful night.

After a very long 24 hours of travel & having our flight cancelled Hyatt House Denver-Aurora came to our rescue! The hotel was very clean, quiet & the entire staff was so kind & accommodating. Cheyenne at the front desk went above & beyond in helping us with late night check-in & making us comfortable. We were very appreciative for the safety of the hotel, the ammenities & all the staff. The complimentary breakfast was great. There was a variety of hot food, fruit, juice & coffee. Great job all around!

This is my second time at this location. The staff has always been professional and very patient while addressing my concerns. The cleanliness has maintained my expectations of Hyatt Hotels. Although a simple thing to take note of, I was in awe of the modernized style of the shower itself. Without realizing it, I had reserved a Suite Room instead of a Guest Room. I was pleasantly surprised about the kitchenette. It was quite spacious. Not only did it have the typical mini-fridge and microwave, the "Wow" factors were the stove-top and dishwasher. There were even plates, utensils and pots & pans available. I think Hyatt House has spoiled me now as far as Hyatt Hotels go. And I think the Suite Room has spoiled me as well as far as accommodations. If I remember correctly, I paid perhaps a $50 difference. Were I to need to utilize the kitchenette for an extended visit, the added cost would be well worth it for me.

The location may be one drawback for some guests. Some may view it's close vicinity to where the homeless may roam as a questionable variable. However, it's location makes it ideal for any guests that may need to be close by if they have family members admitted in one of the many hospitals across the street. Location would definitely pose as a Love/Hate relationship.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was great! Breakfast every morning was really good, and had plenty of options.

The overflow parking isn't clear where to go. And it is not lit at all (or paved). Seems dangerous if getting to the hotel late and by yourself.

The facility and the room were very nice. I liked that they had a bar area where you could order food and had pool and tic tac toe to do. The breakfast was great! Lot of options to choose from.

The location was not ideal. It was next to a main road and hospital. You could hear the cars and sirens all night.
