The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. I love the light in the shower and the mirror had lights on both sides of it, very nice and fancy. The only thing it didn't have is a coffee maker and a microwave, it did have a small refrigerator though.

The only problem we had was the toilet tank water wouldn't fill up, so we had to wiggle the float to make the water fill up to flush the toilet. Lol

The staff were exceptionally attentive to our needs. They even got me a fan because I tend to run hot. They checked in via text to see if we needed anything.

The smell of the gym was a little overwhelming near the elevator. It smelled like burnt rubber but I was so relieved that the rooms smelled totally fine!

It was a nice place to stay centrally for my appointments and shopping. The breakfast had oatmeal with raisins and sliced almonds available, pancake machine just perfect for kids.

The microwave is in the lobby but it was actually and excellent place for eating and playing games. It was nice to look out on the snow while still staying warm.

very nice and clean, very close to places to eat for lunch and dinner. All my kids are grown but this looks like a great place to bring kids to.

Hilton needs to give up on the pancake machine. I have tried to use those things a dozen times and they never work correctly. You wind up with a long line of people waiting for the machine to be fixed and then the pancake isn't round instead you get a long strip. Hilton please listen go back to Waffles.

Newer hotel. It was really nice that the hotel room did NOT have carpet, which i appreciated. The room was warm without the air handler being on all the time or chilling it off. No microwave or coffee maker so that was a drawback.

Very clean and quiet place to stay. Best breakfast that I have had at a hotel in a long time. There are lots of great places to go eat with in walking distance

There is no place to sit in your room except on the bed. Really need at least a lounge chair where you can sit and watch TV

Location was great and convenient. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

We were at a room on the first floor and we can hear all the noise from the lobby.

The person in the front desk ,(early morning of march 2024 at around 1:30-2 am) he was not compassionate even he knows we are tired and we came late because of snow storm.

Everything is so clean and simple layout just a really comfortable place

$5 for a bottle of water is a little much. I didn't pay that much for a bottle of water on the Cruise I just got off
