I really appreciated the layout of the unit, with a mini-kitchen and small living room. There was a surprising amount of storage space. The location is excellent. Staff were very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with eggs and protein. So it saved us from having to buy breakfast out, at considerable extra expense. That adds value to this hotel, for sure.

I was overcharged $300 immediately, in excess of what Booking.com had guaranteed. It took about 4-5 meetings with staff to get the excess charged reversed. They really tried. But it seems there is a glitch in their computer program for billing and they had a hard time figuring out the source of the issue. Be sure to check what is charged to your credit card the first day you arrive. The staff did not understand the source of the problem. But they kept working on it until the extra charges were reversed. For that reason, I feel comfortable giving this facility a good review, despite that hassle. We would consider returning here in the future as we really like the units, location and breakfast buffet.

Location for us was paramount, entire property was well kept.

Beginning to show its age on the interior (rooms/hallways). The common areas appear updated. On a personal note, I found the supplied room coffee (and the coffee in the breakfast area) wanting. So bad, in fact, after trying both I drove down to the local WalMart and purchased a Keurig machine.

Really enjoyed the space, it was great to have a separate bedroom, a full kitchen, an eating area, truly great distribution of the space, comfortable furniture, and privacy. Everything was clean and new. Kitchen fully equipped, even a full size refrigerator.

The hotel is currently under renovation so certain areas are not available, or where not at the time we visited. We needed a laundry one day, and it wasn't ready. The remodel affected the breakfast, because they were bringing items from outside to give the guests, which were not good. We only attempted the breakfast the first day and realized it wasn't going to have anything for us, so we made our own at the kitchen. I don't recall that at time of booking that the site reflected the remodel information.

This is a great place for a long stay. We only stayed 4 nights, but it had everything you would need for a long term stay. They are renovating the suites and modernizing the hotel. The suites are great! They have a small kitchen area with some dishes, etc. for cooking. It has a nice sitting area with couch and TV. The bedroom has a dresser and a very comfy bed. The bathroom has a separate vanity with a large closet. The breakfast had great choices, but the coffee was really bad. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again when we are in the Denver area.

It was hard to find a parking spot later in the evening. Some of the spaces were being used for equipment and storage needed for the renovation of the hotel. They were having trouble with some of the Comcast TV channels and we weren't able to get any of the local stations.

Very friendly staff. Clean, quiet, large and very comfortable room, with big bed with a bunch of pillows. Fully equipped kitchen (even a dishwasher and ice cubes machine!). Large parking, no issue with finding a spot any time of day or night. Great access to/from highway. I would totally recommend this hotel. There was also free breakfast but I didn't have a chance to check what they serve.

My room (Studio Queen Suite) was extremely clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable, couch for sitting with small coffee table,as well. Equipped kitchenette with full size frig and table w 2 chairs. ALL front staff personnel were VERY friendly and helpful. Oh yea, and full size washers and dryers available (near gym) to use w/o charge!

No real downside, except interior renovations in the lobby and some rooms were still going on (end of July 2023). But several options for a quick grab and go breakfast…until their new ‘kitchen’ is ready.

The suite was well appointed. Very good sized. Very quiet.

The elevator and flooring needs updating. The breakfast was terrible. I only tried once but even the scramble eggs were bad. Since there is a full size refrigerator in the room & a small stove top, I bought groceries.

I wish there was oatmeal and fresh fruit salad, but it was fine.

There were some things that were not working like my garbage disposal, leaky tub faucet, dirty behind fridge, Utinsels missing, only decaf coffee provided in room when I arrived. They were very responsive, friendly and it was overall a very good experience. The suites are cute and quite clean.

Very clean and well maintained inside. Very comfortable beds.

Every entrance had smokers right outside the doors. I realize they have to go outside of the hotel to smoke but to be blocking the entrance ways while they smoke is not a good look.

Everything was perfect. The breakfasts were good and varied every day. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Perfect location.
