The price was right. The staff were very friendly.

The room needs to be fixed up or upgraded. I told the desk lady a few things that needed attention in Room 210: A clogged bathroom sink A light bulb out in the closet The toilet seat needed to be tightened. Also the bathtub faucet leaks.

It was relatively clean and comfortable. Staff met my needs.

The shower curtain did not reach the shower pan so extra care needed to be taken to prevent flooding. The shower head didn't work well either.

Room was very quiet, bed comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean. Check in was easy and friendly. Full size refrigerator/freezer was wonderful. Front desk has everything for preparing meals, even a toaster. I will definitely stay again.

I like the full size fridge & it's a really good size studio. The recliner, when it works, is a great added bonus.

I think the room should have coffee & coffee pot.

Like the option of the kitchenets was very convenient

You have to ask for anything besides two plastic cups. Glasses, coffee cups etc have to be arranged.

All the above but wasn’t able to add a day to my stay & pay due to online discrepancies/hotel booking websites deals. Overall My Stay Was Excellent.
