The hotel is super conviniente. Great restaurants. Great water park. Swimming pool. rooms are very comfy and spacious

Valet parking. Always at any time so confusing Self park is an option but has not been working properly special access and daily pass / entrance...

We like everything about the service, we had a little problem with the door of our room, but it was resolved immediately. The rooms are super clean and spacious. First time we had the breakfast and it was amazing, the food and the servers. The bartenders and the pool attendant were great. Finally the server at Soff's which we went at night was very attentive and courteous, actually the entire staff were courteous and helpful.

I feel that the guests at the hotel should have priority when it comes to the water park and that there should be a limit of people allowed that are not guests to the water park. I arrived at 8:30am and by the time I checked in and had breakfast I couldn't find a lounge chair for my husband and I because the chairs were already taken and majority by the outside people not even the guests from the hotel, so we ended up staying at the hotel pool and walking over to the water park for the rides which were also overcrowded, we couldn't even get into the lazy river because it was extremely crowded. Again, I think that there should a limit a day for the people that are only coming to the water park.

Beautiful Great location , spacious rooms , delightful

Staff was generous for the most part . however when ask for certain things like free bike ride was told At 6:15 that it closed at 7 as and no! Then was told to go to counter where was meet by another guy who said need to be 21 to ride .. I told him I’m an adult which I was along with my two daughters . Then said okay and had first man show us the bikes and say maybe only 2 not three . We reached the bikes and there was a cart full of bikes about 7 .. also saw many people walking golf course and the bike was told I could or should not be on the course which seem to be not problem for others

The staff working at the hotel were excellent, courteous, helpful and supportive with everything we needed. We felt very welcome and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay there. There was a very special staff member who greeted us when we arrived. His name is Matityahu, and he is a pleasant, kind, and charming individual. He ensured that we had everything we needed and consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable. He also frequently reminded us that he was available if we needed anything. It was a wonderful experience, and it's great to know there are more people like him.

The treatment is kind; the pool and water park are large and fun for children. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the mall.

Big property, spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Free Access to tidal cove with stay. Bourbon restaurant was very good

Lobby and arrival area was always very crowded, the casual restaurant was overpriced and not good. Outside tables were sticky due to varnish gone bad, outside patio lacked character, many bulbs were out and generally looked unkept. Tidal cove which also houses the hotel pool opens at 9 am but rides don’t open till 10 am. Adults only pool on property Starbucks on property Walking distance to Aventura Mall Nice neighborhood, good for walking/jogging.

Breakfast great, also great staff at the bar. They asked us to sign an invoice for over 50 USD each, despite it being complementary. When I checked out they tried me to pay it. Not sure if they tried to scam me or if that‘s just usual there.

No refrigerator, everything you need extra costs money. The fridge is like a vending machine. W-LAN quite weak. If you need real W-LAN you need to pay 20 USD a day. For a business visit that‘s quite unusual. Also there is no host that cares about you. In six nights no official host contacted us. Without the restaurant staff John, Cheryl and J. Ricardo this stay would have been quite cold. These staff pulled it off for me.

One staff at the door was keeping telling that our wearing as muslim and arab like jerry's coat !! This consider discrimination although a-lot of jewish people wearing their head hat nothing was mentions , i could saw him but i prefer to write down at the comment and never visit this place again , we can understand english even though we we are raised to be polite and act with manner and ethics to respect all humans and even animal !! Sham on him

Good water slides, good location

Pool was closed for a few hours during Wednesday afternoon as pool was not maintained properly and lid guard could not see to the bottom of the pool. Chemicals were added to the pool and we were concerned as to whether it was safe to enter back into the pool as the chemicals normally need 24 hours to work

The room was spotless beautifully decorated and very large especially the bathroom the room was spectacular. My room had a great view.I had room service which was excellent the food was delivered quickly. The water park was amazing and had alot of lifeguards. I was very surprised at how wonderful the pool and golf course were.

The room service food was not good. The water in the pool area was not sparkling clean on any of the days that I was at the pool. The Lazy River looked dirty the water was murky and didn't look like it had enough water in there. My kids loved the Water Park area but the water was not inviting to me and I didn't get to go into the swimming pools.

We encountered some employees that provided excellent customer service. We had a couple of servers that we excellent. We specifically remember Ricardo at the Corsair (Tropical Ricardo). He was so pleasant and just went above and beyond. He made the experience at the restaurant.

We had an issue with some bug bites that we wanted to inform the front desk about for concerned that it may be fleas. We were not taken seriously by the front desk as the agent communicated this over the phone to someone as “allergies”. This was very unprofessional. We are the agent at the desk in the lobby of the Orchid to have someone address our concern and soon after we had two very professional gentlemen come upstairs and inspect the room. This put us at ease bc we were able to see no bed bugs.
