We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental near Aventura Mall! The apartment was super clean, stylish, and exactly as described. It’s located just minutes from the mall, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made everything so convenient. The neighborhood felt very safe, – we especially enjoyed the pool . The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. If you’re visiting North Miami, Sunny Isles, or planning to shop at Aventura Mall, this is the perfect spot. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area!

Location was perfect, its close to main roads so normal street noises, overall quiet stay. Loved that there was a full size kitchen. Beds were very comfortable.

Unit could've been cleaner. But to be fair, we did have an earlier check in so the cleaning was probably rushed. The pots and pans can be updated as they were teflon and scratched up and the spatulas were plastic and melted, silicone can be a good durable choice!

Everything, the only feedback is if you are planning to order through uber eats, the drivers didn’t find the location easily. But if you are planning to go to the Aventura mall, Hallandale beach is very close to and is a very nice area. Inside the apartment you find everything you need, very well designed, very good staff working there, very good Wii fii, I will stay here again if I comeback to Miami.

Customer Service was great! Very attentive and polite. The location was central to restaurants, stores, shops, ect. The rooms had everything you would need for an extended stay. Plenty of towels, toiletries, and the kitchen had all the basics plus good coffee!

Cleanliness was lacking. Housekeeping could do better. Sheets were dirty in one of the rooms, counters were dirty/sticky in one of the rooms, some spots on the floor were missed while sweeping/mopping in one of the rooms.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the Loft of Ventura in Miami from Sunday to Thursday. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. The loft itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. It provided the perfect space for my two kids and me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Miami. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily access all that Miami has to offer. Whether it was the beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife, or delicious dining options, everything was just a short drive away. Overall, our stay at the Loft of Ventura was a memorable experience. We created cherished memories together, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable vacation. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

Location excellent, Christian was excellent & response time for any questions again excellent. some complimentary items were available which was helpful, and late checkout at no extra cost was great as we had 2 small children with us.

Not equipped for self catering a lot of basic items were not available. No extra quilt for sofa bed. A few snaggings to do on the property as well but nothing major.

It was spacious in all the areas.. very confortable and well located. The kitchen was well equipped and the 2 beds were big and cozy.. free wifi and also the TV with a sofa that turns into a bed

each 15-20 minutes washing machine made some noise. AC doesn't keep setting and reset each a few hours to basic (72F, which was to cold for us). drain in the bathroom doesn't work well it was only 2 blanket for 5 people

The apartment was nice, clean, well decorated. The only things I would change would be the pillows, they were bricks, we had to use the couch pillows instead. The kitchen does not have enough cooking utensils. The main door screen lockset does not light up and is hard to see the numbers. The rest was wonderful and the host was also very responsive and professional.

The Lofts of Aventura is very cozy, spacious, clean, and well kept. I enjoy my stay and would revisit and recommend to friends and family.

My only complaint would be to improve on better sound proof to help reduce with the noise due to the close proximity of roadway traffic, trains, and adjacent guest rooms.
