The location is perfect, only a 5 minutes walk from the ocean. Supermarkets and restaurants are around the corner. The apartment was huge, more than enough for 5 of us. Parking was also nice. Gym is very limited but the pool was good. Lot of basic stuff was already provided (cafe, tea, sugar, etc). Check in was automated and very easy to handle. It was fun to have a person at the front door available for us via webcam. She was very nice.

The coffe machine was very basic and only capable of produce a light cofe. The sofa bed was certainly used and not so comfortable.

The location is super, I love Sunny Beach, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants, everything is there. The apartment is big, sunny, and very comfortable and clean.

The kitchen needs to be renovated, I mean the wooden cupboards, it was surprisingly badly made and doesn't match the quality of the rest of the apartment. And the knifes need to be sharpened. The frying pan needs to be changed, it's to old and doesn't have a tap. That's actually all.

Location, easy check in and check out, fast response to any question, confortable apartment, pharmacy and groceries and beach at a walking distance.

Small maintenance issues, air conditioning unit is inside the apartment and very noisy. No beach chairs and umbrella.

Really nice and spacious apartment. The neighbourhood was nice. The pool was amazing, very warm. Stores and restaurants were near us. Parking was under the apartment. Would visit it again!

One of the showers wasn’t working.

It was clean and spacious. The washer & dryer were convenient.

The kitchen lacked cloths/towels for wiping and drying dishes and pot holders. The pots were in horrible condition and useless with all the scratches on a non stick surface. The air conditioner didn’t always worked.

I liked that the property was generally private and quiet. I also enjoyed the amenities inside the unit: washer & dryer, full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, supplies, etc. The support team was easily accessible and responsive which I liked as well.

The property could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. Some of the sheets and towels were stained prior to arrival and some areas were dusty. It’s clear a general sweep is done to prep the property for new guests but a deeper clean is needed.

Everything was beautiful. Very peaceful and comfortable. I highly recommend

I didn’t like that the elevator was broken the last 2 days!! Climbing the stairs was a hassle omg. Stove also didn’t work too well. Other than that everything was good.

Great value for money as it was in the location. Nice spacy apartment. Got a nice big umbrella from the storage unit much needed as the beach was very hot.

Floors needed a better clean before we got there if I need to be picky.
