Very good location. Nice swimming pool. Convenient valet parking (but for add payments). Good room cleaning.

Breakfast was disappointing: poor, the same every day, problems with hot water.

I liked the location, not in the first row of hotels on the beach, just over the street, but easy access to the beach. The deco in the room is nice, I appreciate the clean room, the kitchen that was spacious and had plates and glasses and all that... Breakfast was ok, not brilliant but acceptable. The view is really nice. Ask for a room with pool view.

I did not like the door to the bathroom. I understand the deco... but the door to the bathroom is not really isolating. I do not appreciate the fact that they blocked the amount for our stay at check-in and takes so long to be released. So be warned. Mind the area.. It cost 24 USD to rent the umbrella at the beach... you get the chairs for free from the hotel... ha ha!

Friendly staff and clean facilities very convenient for my family. Very safe and comfortable room. Peaceful and relaxing.

Please try to offer turkey or chicken or beef breakfast options. I did not like the pork meat options. I don’t eat pork. The other non meat breakfast options were good.

Breakfast was great. Staff, very friendly and courteous. Margarita on 9th floor breakfast area was extremely helpful with my daughter’s lactose intolerance and provided information and help in alternatives.

The location would have been better if directly on the beach.

A modern hotel one block from the beach. It is located in a residential and very affluent area, with the grocery stores and restaurants within the walking distance. The upscale Aventura Mall is also quite close by. The room was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen.

The breakfast food was cold and tasteless. The public transportation in Florida is awful, and the car traffic is super busy day and night. The beach was full of sea weed and hard to swim in which was the biggest drawback for me. The Fort Lauderdale airport service was awful - a complete shame for the USA - a third world country service and a total shame. When will they care to improve ???

That we had to go home

Hurricane Milton evacuation from St Petersburg with three dachshunds and a macaw. The $150 pet fee was waived which was great! We were so very grateful for that. Hotel was in a really unique location. Busy A1A one block East, with a McDonald's literally next door, and a quiet residential neighborhood and a Catholic church immediately out the front door. Safe, quiet, low traffic, well maintained neighborhood to walk three dogs and a bird. Great situation since we had to walk the dogs. A-LOT-LOT (like 4x a day). LOVED the free bikes and free daily drinks from the rooftop bar. Bikes were right there on site, so no big hassle to rent. Just grab and go basically (valet had to unlock the bikes from a rack and sign a waiver). We rode all the way down A1A to the clothing optional beach. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection, a beautiful view of the rooftop pool, and the Atlantic Ocean across the street. Great experience all around. Room was great, too, with a full size fridge and a couple burners to cook. It was all we needed. LOVED the generously sized outdoor balcony and spent lots of time out there. We were so very grateful to find such an accommodating, pet friendly hotel under such incredible personal stress. We returned to a house we couldn't live in, but glad to have been safe at this welcoming space for a few days before returning to a sobering situation.

Housekeeping would not clean the rooms with the dogs. I don't blame them, but room got a little ripe.

Property was beautiful and clean and the city view from 12th floor was beautiful especially at night when the city lights up and the window was long it was 10/10

The food was excellent from breakfast to dinner. The cooking staff's love of their work comes across in the food. The bartender was highly skilled and being friendly with an infectious laugh was a bonus. The entire hotel staff was outstanding. I can not overstate just how friendly the staff was. I will admit I was thinking the location was directly on the beach and upon arrival I was disappointed to find out otherwise. But your staff made this a complete after thought. I have never encountered an entire group of people with such friendly and professional attitudes. Not one bad apple in the entire bunch. You guys do an excellent job at hiring the correct people to represent your hotel.

Location would be the only thing. It wasn't on the beach. But with the golf cart service providing the ride and the staff you hired completely negated any disappointment I had upon arrival.

The staff was amazing. Peter was so sweet and helpful. I spoke with a manager before going, and I can't remember his name. He was nice and helpful also. The room I booked had a kitchen in it. They give you 2 free waters daily. They offer a free alcohol drink at the bar. They will take you to the beach if you want to go. We arrived after 9 pm so we didn't get to use those things. Peter just told us about it and asked if we wanted to use them before we checked out. They have food that you can buy, such as microwaveable meals. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was a little hard to find for my Uber driver. It looks like a regular business, not a hotel at night. There are apartments around it also. The lobby is small so when many people come at once it's very crowded. The room had scuff marks on the walls, but the biggest complaint was that the bathroom door was broken! I tried moving it to close it, and a piece came off of it. The door is just falling apart. I was too tired to even ask for another room. The breakfast options weren't that good. It's a small hotel so the breakfast and bar are in the same room just on opposite sides. The dishes didn't look so clean.
