Very good location. Nice swimming pool. Convenient valet parking (but for add payments). Good room cleaning.

Breakfast was disappointing: poor, the same every day, problems with hot water.

I liked the location, not in the first row of hotels on the beach, just over the street, but easy access to the beach. The deco in the room is nice, I appreciate the clean room, the kitchen that was spacious and had plates and glasses and all that... Breakfast was ok, not brilliant but acceptable. The view is really nice. Ask for a room with pool view.

I did not like the door to the bathroom. I understand the deco... but the door to the bathroom is not really isolating. I do not appreciate the fact that they blocked the amount for our stay at check-in and takes so long to be released. So be warned. Mind the area.. It cost 24 USD to rent the umbrella at the beach... you get the chairs for free from the hotel... ha ha!

This was my return stay at this hotel, and once again — a perfect 10/10! Everything was absolutely flawless. The service, cleanliness, and comfort were all top-notch. A big plus this time: breakfast included fresh fruit, and regular cutlery and plates instead of plastic. It’s a small change, but it made mornings feel more elegant and eco-friendly. Our room was cleaned daily — always fresh and spotless. The staff was kind, helpful, and highly professional. The only thing I missed was the heated pool. This time the water was a bit too cold, which was a shame — it would have been paradise otherwise! I’m already looking forward to coming back. This hotel exceeds my expectations every time. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff and clean facilities very convenient for my family. Very safe and comfortable room. Peaceful and relaxing.

Please try to offer turkey or chicken or beef breakfast options. I did not like the pork meat options. I don’t eat pork. The other non meat breakfast options were good.

Breakfast was great. Staff, very friendly and courteous. Margarita on 9th floor breakfast area was extremely helpful with my daughter’s lactose intolerance and provided information and help in alternatives.

The location would have been better if directly on the beach.

A modern hotel one block from the beach. It is located in a residential and very affluent area, with the grocery stores and restaurants within the walking distance. The upscale Aventura Mall is also quite close by. The room was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen.

The breakfast food was cold and tasteless. The public transportation in Florida is awful, and the car traffic is super busy day and night. The beach was full of sea weed and hard to swim in which was the biggest drawback for me. The Fort Lauderdale airport service was awful - a complete shame for the USA - a third world country service and a total shame. When will they care to improve ???

Breakfast was ok; some eggs, toast/bagels, yoghurt,bananas, waffles etc.. And the location was very nice and you could borrow bicycles for free from the reception. There was also a rooftop pool, didn't spend time there (except during breakfast time) and beach is just a cross the street. Rooms were nice and big with your own kitchenette.

There was only one working elevator when we were there so that took some time to go up or down, we used the stairs few times because the waiting times were so long.

Thank You for an experience to remember first of all...1st impressions are everything...so the warmth compassion and professionalism from Maggie blew our minds. She is a keeper and an ASSET YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE...NOW FOR THE HAPPY HOUR Orlando and Rachel were TIPTOP...For Breakfast Brandon And Kimberly And Melissa stood out ...the SERVICE YOUR Team provides is Impeccable...Now for your Room Service...I didn't get their names but whoever cleaned our room was METICULOUS And MARVELOUS ...And in the evening Peter was always Ready to Help with Great Ideas...Thank You Again GOD WILLING WE WILL BE RETURNING

That we had to go home

Hurricane Milton evacuation from St Petersburg with three dachshunds and a macaw. The $150 pet fee was waived which was great! We were so very grateful for that. Hotel was in a really unique location. Busy A1A one block East, with a McDonald's literally next door, and a quiet residential neighborhood and a Catholic church immediately out the front door. Safe, quiet, low traffic, well maintained neighborhood to walk three dogs and a bird. Great situation since we had to walk the dogs. A-LOT-LOT (like 4x a day). LOVED the free bikes and free daily drinks from the rooftop bar. Bikes were right there on site, so no big hassle to rent. Just grab and go basically (valet had to unlock the bikes from a rack and sign a waiver). We rode all the way down A1A to the clothing optional beach. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection, a beautiful view of the rooftop pool, and the Atlantic Ocean across the street. Great experience all around. Room was great, too, with a full size fridge and a couple burners to cook. It was all we needed. LOVED the generously sized outdoor balcony and spent lots of time out there. We were so very grateful to find such an accommodating, pet friendly hotel under such incredible personal stress. We returned to a house we couldn't live in, but glad to have been safe at this welcoming space for a few days before returning to a sobering situation.

Housekeeping would not clean the rooms with the dogs. I don't blame them, but room got a little ripe.

Property was beautiful and clean and the city view from 12th floor was beautiful especially at night when the city lights up and the window was long it was 10/10
