The property location is great, basically everything is at walking distance, specially the beach :). It has all the essential stuff for an enjoyable stay, including kitchen appliances. Beds are comfortable and the place is quiet. It’s worth the price paid. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back and/or recommend it to friends and family!!!

Could be nice if the floor had been mopped with water (it was the only part of the property that wasn’t properly cleaned), also the Air Conditioning ventilation system need some maintenance as it was visibly full of dust. And the las point just as a recommendation, to don’t use cleaning products with too strong smell, it was kind of unpleasant because the smell was too much (on my opinion)

Location. Staff was very efficient and nice.

The floor was not as clean as it could have been. Every time you walked on the floor you could hear and feel sand. The apt was a little outdated.

Very clean apartment with all necessary amenities. Great location, close to beach, shops, restaurants and play parks. Friendly and responsive staff.

Its is not the luxury place, but the building outside getting refurbished and the apartment is comfortable and nice.

The bed was super hard same as sleep on the floor.

Amazing stay . I was hesitant because I am a first time mom with a 4 month old and was worry about our first stay in a rental but it went amazing . The people that work there are very kind and helpful . There was a gentleman there I think was Tito he was extremely helpful and welcoming . I loved staying with miarentals. Their costumer service phone lines are 24/7 and there are also very helpful if you have any issues they’ll answer fast call or text .

the apartment was good overall. Not super clean but it was okay. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had basic needs to get by, not too many tools to cook. The instructions received on how to reach the location, the password for the door, and the free parking was very clear and received by email. we got WIFI access and there was a tv, towels and bathroom amenities. overall everything stated was available. the room was spacious and close to a lot of shops and to the beach. the location was great, although far from the center but it depends on each person's preference. We wanted a quiet/private area and we got it.

The only issue was the small balcony that was very dirty but we had no access to it. The door was actually broken and it kept making noises when it got windy. Another thing was the traffic but expect it in Miami, it's a vibrant city and you got to pay attention to where you are allowed to park or pay for the parking, not a lot of spaces.

Very organized system they have for check-in. Very helpful, friendly staff. The location is great, like two blocks from the beach and close to markets, restaurants, etc. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Well-equipped kitchen, fast wifi, lots of light. Freshly painted.

The mattress was hard as a rock, but I managed :-). The pool wasn't open but I didn't care about being two blocks from the beach, they fully renovated it but were waiting for the city permits to open it.

The location of the facility was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor and on the road side. Therefore, there was a lot of vehicle noise. The windows had very little insulation. We were initially very concerned about the safety of the windows. However, there were no problems. The interior of the building and the windows definitely need to be renewed.

Location is great. The units are well equipped and have all you will need. Overall quality is good to very good. I had an issue with an AC that reverberated especially in the bedroom making it impossible for me to sleep. I wrote the hosts and next morning they switched me to a lower level unit, no questions asked, no fuss. The personnel at the premises (Maria Belén and a man whose name I didn't catch) were great.

Perfect location. 5 min walk from lovely beach, shopping, car hire. Clean property ,perfect for couples or family with small children . Balcony, parking and swimming pool also good additions. Easy access, good communication.

Sofa bed and folding bed are more suitable for children . Air con noise during the night, we kept it of during the night . Would suggest to provide new frying pan.
