Location is great! They have been working on updating the property without losing its historic charm.

WiFi was awful. More so in the evening when everyone returned to their rooms.

I got to meet the staff and owners all who where very nice and helpful. I wouldve loved to stay longer as a really cool destination with so much history. Would advice anyone in the area to visit.

The historic building built in the 1930s is cool. It still needs upgrading in some respects but it is great how they have vintage furniture and memorabilia around the lobby and hallways. They have a basic continental breakfast, with a waffle machine, offered in their dining room that is better than the grab and go bags at other economy hotels. They upgraded our king room to a king suite with separate living room and bedroom both with nice large TVs. The mini fridge was a bonus. The location in Clewiston was perfect. We took a nice stroll around the park.

The bathtub looked as if it had been refinished once or twice and needs it again. The hot water heater took forever to warm up and never really got hot (old building and plumbing I guess) The breakfast bar had cream cheese, butter and other condiments but they were in large shared containers rather than individual packaging People had dug in and the packages had been opened a while and a bit dried up. It looked very unappetizing and unsanitary and we avoided that so, no bagel.

It was a very nice place, staff was friendly and it was pretty clean. I found out it was "hunted" a little before I got there and was excited to see a ghost, we asked staff how true it was and he even showed us a paranormal investigation that was done in 2009 which I thought was fun! I would definitly stay here again!

Room was a little small and the bathroom light would occasionally not want to turn on. Though out the night there was some noises that would occasionally wake me but nothing too bad. I didnt see a ghost so wasnt able to prove it was real.

The staff was friendly. The location, if you like seclusion, was great--not to say there weren't stores around. The surrounding area is peaceful with a great park for children.

The free breakfast can use some work,but it was free, so....

The staff was super attentive, nice and professional. The cable was great and kept the kids entertained. The location was perfect and the outside was beautiful and peaceful. Went out for the day and came back to fresh linens and garbage changed. The bed was comfortable.

The shower curtain had mold on it. The room was dusty especially behind the bed. The curtains were dirty and had stains on them. The furniture was very dated and had a tear in the arm. The room was quite small.

It has the character of an old colonial home. The owner was very pleasant. He was still working on making things perfect, I believe it was a new acquisition and everything was slowly coming along. He's doing a great job and I enjoyed my stay.

No elevator. For a man with severe arthritis getting up and down the stairs can be difficult.

Very old historic building. Owners were the best and cared about our needs. Dad was a historical mason and the charm of this property is tops.

Doors are hard to open and close.

At least at this hotel, the rate was fairly priced, due to the fact it’s a older building… so I was not surprised at seeing certain things, it was clean/ comfortable for an overnight stay, staff was very accommodating and friendly! I would stay there again just to support the hotel and give it my business.

The bed was very hard, that’s my only concern.

HIstoric hotel that is maintained by owner, check in was great and check out was a breeze. Hotel has small few items for breakfast. There are a few restaurants nearby. Quaint hotel.
