The property was very clean, looked great. There is a small, but almost fully equipped gym, and a laundry room, with newer washers and dryers. There are ample food and toiletry items that can be billed to your room. The kitchen in the room was fully equipped, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a spacious vanity, which is a must! Very close to restaurants, and basic shopping area.

No pool, a bit far from the beach, and I wasn’t aware that I was going to be charged a $100 incidental deposit that won’t be credited back for 5 business days! Most hotels that charge these deposits credit them back to your card within an hour of check-out, and after inspection. This deposit WAS NOT MENTIONED or STATED on this site, nor the property’s web site! Also, someone from the cleaning staff tried to barge in on me, without knocking! Thank goodness I had the door completely locked!

The in suite facilities made the stay homely and the location was central to restaurants and a supermarket, which was great! Walking distance!

The timer on the ac was abit annoying.

The shuttle service was slow between the hotel and airport. Having to pay for the shuttle to the port.

The reason I picked this property was because cause of the shuttle. We signed up and paid for a 10am shuttle and it came at 11am. Many were not happy as a taxi was cheaper.

Free shuttle to and from the airport, which is only 5 mins away.The place was very clean and quiet with Free complimentary washer and dryer. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Even though the hotel doesn't have a pool or complimentary breakfast, the units come with a kitchen area with 2 burner stoves and a large apartment size fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There are restaurants such as Subway, McDonald's, Wendy's, a pizza place, Dollar Tree, and Winn Dixie grocery store directly across the street. It was my 2nd time staying at that hotel in a 2 months period. I love the place so much that was why i chose to go back there. The staff was nice and friendly, especially the front desk clerk named Kiefer.

The superb cleanliness, coffee is always available , the 24-hour front desk clerk , and the exceptional quality of accommodating my need for the extension of my reservation..

The staff, a manager, and head of housekeeping said that they had to look at my room before extending my stay.. So, l immediately invited them in to look right away.. My Esa cat was on the bed in his tent, and the manager just stood in the doorway, and l got the housekeeper to come in as far as the bathroom.. Then they left. I have never been asked to see my room, so. Very uncomfortable.
