The room was nice and spacious. The location was good too, near a lot of stores. We stayed before a cruise and it was so close to the port that we got there super fast.

Location is close to the Airport and Pier to embark on a cruise. The Rooms are nice clean.

We didn't realize the Stablishment close early in Florida. We're from Vegas. The restaurant was already closed at the hotel. We arrived around 10:30-11:00pm. We were starving we didn't know the surrounding area. The driver suggested Taco Bell was the only thing open. Which is great cause it's next door. Good for your establishment for passengers arriving late at night at least there's a place where to eat.

Room was exactly as presented. Comfortable and laid out nicely (we have booked this same room previously). Easily accessible to airport (free shuttle) and the cruise port (shuttle for a fee, but we took a taxi). Close to CVS drug store and some other limited shopping, but acceptable walk to other shopping (if desired). Some good restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the hotel restaurant is quite good. Breakfast is available, but not included. We were also able to have our pre-cruise COVID test at the hotel. Onx Wellness lists Four Points Sheraton as one of the hotels it visits. This was ideal for us due to not having a car. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The manager stopped by to chat with us several times and was a charming man. There is an outdoor pool which is quite nice. We did not have time to enjoy it on this trip.

Convenient location to get to Port Everglades. Bistro on property with delicious food. Walking distance to CVS & Whole Foods. Very friendly & helpful staff. This is the second time I’ve stayed here.

Because I booked thru Booking.com the property will not give me an invoice which I need to get reimbursed from my Airline who canceled my flight.

Some good, some bad, some needed improvements. The beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and responded to request for sheets and pillow for the pullout bed but the pullout bed WAS NOT comfotable because the mattress was thin and was sleeping on springs. The sheets were too big for the pullout. The floor in the walk in shower needs to be slanted more as water was all over the floor. The bathroom needs for the handicap needs a redesign. Parking was good and cost was reasonable while on a cruise.The buffet was worth the price and the kitchen staff and waitress were terrific.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel is impossible to schedule and the personnel at the front desk were not willing to help to schedule the shuttle. they just said "we been so busy" which is not excuse to don't help their customers.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, clean room.

Room lighting was a bit dark and elevator was the slowest I've ever experienced. That was frustrating.

my room was very spaces front desk was very professional help me to get transportation to the port the next day and evry thing went as plan no trouble

i dont have any complaints i do feel that this hotel should offer continental breaskfast but overall everything was good

It was just ok. Reminded me of a Holiday Inn. Price for the room was a bit high and I know they raise it because they can get it when cruise ships are in. Will not stay there again.

Just Plain. Need a bigger lobby. Couple of seats to sit when waiting for bus.
