Great location for the cruise port intracoastal water taxis etc.Really comfortable rooms great shower friendly helpful staff.

Great location prior to our cruise.

There was a large kids basketball tournament in town and the pool area had adults smoking pot (extremely strong smell and obvious) with all the/there kids around and we couldn’t even go to the pool due to the smell. Does this property have security? Since when is this ok in the middle of the afternoon or anytime at any location, especially a corporate Hilton? Sea & Salt was great, service and staff were great…but for breakfast on the morning of the 16th we apparently interrupted the hostess from her paperwork at the hostess stand and have never been treated with more unemotional attitude before, not the person who should be greeting at the front of a classy restaurant or any for that matter…worst I’ve ever seen.

Location, easy to/from FLL Airport and Port Everglades Cruise Port. Rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet and we got a great sleep. Hotel staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The food area in the lobby was also helpful and had a nice selection. Views throughout the property are very pretty here due to the hotel's location being right on the water in the marina. The pool area is also beautiful, clean and has plenty of room for many guests. Overall this is a great place to stay pre/post cruising. They seem to cater mostly to families and business professionals and we felt safe here.

Our first night there we were in a room with a broken bathroom door that was off the track so the door would not close at all. The second night we were in room with a functioning bathroom door but the door did not close completely or in a way that gives full privacy; the bathroom doors seem to have a design flaw that should be corrected throughout the hotel. There were also electrical outlets in the room that did not function. There was not a functioning ice machine on each floor of the hotel which was inconvenient.

The view was amazing!!!! We spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony. This has to be one of the best views in Fort Lauderdale.

When we arrived the room wasn't as clean as I thought it should be. The next morning I requested a full room clean, and it was great after that. The worst thing about our stay was the smell of weed (marijuana) everywhere, on our floor, on the balcony above us and by the pool. Ugh.

The hotel was in a great location and was very easy to get to. The staff was absolutely amazing and were very helpful. I thought that being able to communicate through a text message was very convenient as well!

My biggest complaint will be the parking situation. I thought it was very expensive for self parking per a night and the gate that was at the entrance and exit was a little difficult sometimes. It was a hit or miss if it was going to work right away or not.

The shuttle bus driver, all humain can be different with all learning issues or handicap Don’t expect to be tip if you treat people down. He told me 8 x 3 , yes I don’t remember my table, I gave him $40 because I knew it will be enough and to gave me my money back, he said how much ? Really !! I am very generous with tipping but this one was too much

Beautiful property. Loved the poolside bar for light snacks. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast was crowded due to cruising guests, but move quickly. Lines for check in were long and room was not ready on time, cruise guests, it moved along though. And we enjoyed walking around and taking in the views, and the poolside late lunch. Yes, would definitely stay again!!

Lines for check/check out. But it is next to cruise port so on embarkation days it’s to be expected. And the staff works hard to accommodate!!

Clean and nice . Close to the convention center

The employees and manager did not know where are the personal packages delivered. The staff asked to find security by myself and we found the security and he was kind and said he will deliver it to Front desk . When we went to grant desk the staff let us at the back of reception to pick our packages . 2 off us just took it without signing or the manager or staff checking . The supervisor came and yelled at us not to be at the back of the reception. I told her we were asked to come by the her staff in-front of her and why is she yelling i from off guest and staff . Unpleasant experience with that kind of supervisor and managers . Staff who check us in was really kind .

We chose a different room. Originally we were put in a room with 2 giant palm trees covering the Marina view which I was a huge disappointed considering we paid extra for a marina view

Could have been cleaner and a little more maintenance on rooms

This was our 3rd time at this Hilton since 2015, and as long as we keep getting good deals, we will consider coming back! The property is beautifully laid out, and has only gotten better since our last visit

In our room, the bathroom door was partially off the track, and kept slipping off, and the light in the hallway in the room did not work.
