Very close to the beach and close to lots of restaurants along the beach and Las Ola's. Very easy to check-in and out. Friendly helpful staff available only during the day.

Two queen size beds are too much, cramping the living space in the room with 2 people. With 4 this would really lead to frustration in my opinion. The shower is too narrow and you keep tangling with the shower curtain. $20 per day for parking is too much, should be included in the rate to make it a super location.

The hotel room we received was very nice and clean. The pool area and hang out area were clean and very comfortable. My son swam every day and every evening. There were vending machines for snacks and drinks and an ice cream one my son loved. The whole environment was relaxing and had everything we needed. It was about a block to the beach and places to eat. Lots of cute beach shops and food. I would stay here again.

There was only two things I would say. One being the door lock. The lock on the door was not very secure I could shake the door back and forth in the door and it didn't shut if you didn't bolt it. I would have liked a second lock or chain on it. One other suggestion is my room was on the first floor corner windows facing the street and parking. I would have liked there to be privacy film on the windows so you could open the windows without people seeing in. Other then that the place was great and we enjoyed our stay.

You have to pay for parking even though you have a room. $20 a day.

We liked the location and rooms. The staff was always available through text communication 24 hours a day.

I absolutely loved the staff, specifically Jonathan. He was so kind and accommodating! You can tell he is passionate about his job! The property is also in close proximity to all areas I wanted to go to as a Spring Breaker--> 13 minute walk to Las Olas Beach, 14 minute walk to rock bar, Senor frogs and many other establishments. This property was also less than a 5-minute walk away from a nice food strip, so we had many dining options!

It is possible not to get the exact room you see online because they have many different kinds, but just let them know, and they will try their best to re-accommodate you.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach, making it a great choice for a relaxing stay. The rooms are comfortable, and one staff member, Rasheena (if I got the name right), was especially polite, helpful, and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed, which really improved our experience.

Some essentials, like cups or glasses, were not there, which would have been useful. There was also some confusion about the coffee—when and where it was available wasn’t very clear. Additionally, the main receptionist was not polite, which was disappointing and put a damper on the stay. Better consistency in service would make a big difference.

The location was good. We were across the street from the beach and a very short walk to the water taxi. The water taxi was the primary event we had planned pre-cruise so we appreciated the convenience. The room was clean and sufficiently furnished and we enjoyed the seating outdoor by the pool. The staff members that we spoke with were exceptionally friendly. I had texted a few times with updates about our arrival time (due to many delays by airline) and always received quick, courteous responses. During our stay I had a couple of questions and used the same text option for quick responses.

Having a regular coffee maker rather than a water heater would have made our mornings a bit better. We were up earlier than coffee was prepared at the office and had coffee and filters with us but only a kettle for heating water. We found a store about.5 miles from hotel to buy coffee so walked there in the mornings.

The location of the property was in a great place, the checking process was easy the lady in the front desk made it very welcoming, parking was easy you do got to pay per day $20, the room was a decent size it was very straightforward it had a refrigerator a microwave, bathroom, closet it had all the essentials that you need, overall the experience was really good, we recommend this property for a couple who just wants to go and explore,

Don't know about the other rooms but since our room was closer to the Main Street it was pretty loud, wish the room had more sound insulation the front door was a little flimsy,wish the locking mechanism was stronger so it can keep the door from shaking,

This was a fairly new experience for us. Last time we stayed at the "Deco" there was a manned front desk and visible staff. They have changed to a remote. You get the password for the gate and for your room and move in! Bed was super comfortable, with good pillows and great linens. Room was clean, and we had a shower/tub with nice towels. Had a separate walk in closet and dresser room. Fridge was great, but we never used the microwave. Two pools to swim in and they stored our luggage after check out (using a password of course). We would stay again.

We liked the laid-back and relaxed vibe. Friendly staff. Proximity to the beach. It is easy to check in and check out. Swift response to messages and great communication from staff. Very clean towels and bedding. Enjoyed the area by the pool and patio. We were super excited about beach towel shelf, two thumbs up! It definitely exceeded our expectations. We'll stay here again next time :)

The floors were a bit dirty. We spilled some water, and when we wiped it off from the floor, the paper towels were very dirty. Closet shelves were a bit dusty, and there is a little bit of dirt or mold in the crease between the wall and floor in the shower. Overall, it didn't affect our awesome experience, it is just something we noticed that's all :)
