We incurred charges we didn’t know about

I think it's 10/10 because it exceeded our expectations. I saw in the reviews that there's a construction but it didn't bother us even though our balcony was right in front of it. The beach is just there 2 mins walking, near to anything. Nice hotel, comfortable bed, great breakfast for sure! They charge 25$ destination fee per day but you can use it in drinks/breakfast credit. I asked the reception for water 3 times and they directly provided at no cost. I paid $5 for each in the previous hotel I stayed. Room is clean. Staff is nice. I'd stay again.

The hotel was in a great location along the Atlantic Ocean / cross road to walk along the wave wall/beach promenade. The room views included the Atlantic and the canal waterways. The 4th floor rooftop pool/bar overlooked the Atlantic Ocean. The very good breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices. The AC Kitchen/Bar & Lounge also offered great choices for lunch/dinner. From our checkin to departure, Anitra and Albert and there staff looked after our needs with excellent care and service.

this is the 2nd time I’ve booked this hotel through booking.com, both times they’ve put me in a handicap room. Also they wouldn’t accept the credit card I had on file with booking.com. I think I’m going to quit using booking.com, as I discovered that I could’ve used Amex travel to book the room and the same and would’ve received my loyalty points. 🤷🏻‍♂️

breakfast location was great. we rise early and it was nice to grab some fresh brewed coffee around 6:15 before a 40 minute stroll. we had the breakfast buffet only once and the quality was decent but we found much better values with similar quality outside of the hotel.

food choices for evening; we ordered 2 salads to go that were not professionally prepared and overpriced.

Not enough drawers in room for a weeks stay. Buffet was so so. Too expensive per person. No waffle station. What If I just wanted cereal and fruit. Or just a bagel / coffee. My “ ocean view” room, was more of a construction site view.

The staff was very friendly and the entire property that I saw was very clean

I believe that almost $50 for 24 hour parking at a hotel that I've spent $300 a night for is unreasonably high.

Balcony is wonderful, pool, drinks etc rooms were modern and clean. Seconds from the beach, shopping , restaurants. Staff were great attentive and kind. It’s good for family with pets or couples looking to just have romantic alone time.

Not enough breakfast variety for making you pay, no warning about the construction working right in front of the beach view you paid for. No microwaves in the room. Toilets easily clog and are a weird square shape somewhat uncomfortable

Breakfast was terrible. 😞 Ive been in many places and many hotels. Workers . At the breakfast. Terrible . Choices thumbs down and forks were up so most of the people we’re touching them and not picking the ones they chosen.
