Very cozy apartment in a small Art Deco quarter, surprisingly preserved in the surrounding modern buildings. The hotel mansion corresponds to this style, and will suit those who are not looking for high-tech interiors. All the amenities necessary for a pleasant vacation, including a beach umbrella and chairs, which is a good help, considering the prices on the beach: $ 20 sunbed, $ 30 umbrella. Nice terrace. A separate delight is the wide bed with an incredibly comfortable mattress! Very good location, close to the beach, restaurant street, and meantime to the Downtown of Fort Lauderdale with its nightly busy Las Olas Boulevard - 10 minutes by car, or by bus 11 (the stop is in the same block, 3 min walk) what takes 15 minutes and only $ 2. Good value for money hotel, especially considering the prices of neighboring chain hotels, but it will be interesting if they practice special offers. Perhaps this will be an incentive to come back there again. Special thanks to Liza for her attentive, sympathetic and helpful attitude to the requests and needs of the guest.

The property was very well maintained and it was quiet and peaceful when you needed to get some rest. However, the location itself was great as it was approximately 1 block from the strip that made it convenient to all the nightlife such as great restaurants nice stores to shop in and most importantly the beach.

Nothing I liked everything about the property. Especially the staff and most importantly Liza who is the property manager. If you had a question about anything such as how something worked in your room to where something was located within the community she was a plethora of information when asked she was also very patient and kind when she gave you the information

I loved the location! We were a VERY short distance to the beach and the beach was never crowded. The water taxi stop was literally steps away, which made it very convenient to get to all of the popular destinations that we wanted to see, but not stay close to. The host, Liza, was always responsive and eager to meet our needs. When we return to the area, this will be the first place we look to book!

My husband and I were in the efficiency, and the bathroom is a little small, but we made it work by making sure we did not have to get ready at the same time,

1. There are some supermarkets, restaurants, and beach not far away from the hotel. It is very convenient to eat, drink, and having fun. 2. The hotel is very spacious and it has all the necessary items, including a microwave, refrigerator, ironing board, etc. It feels more comfortable than home. 3. Although the hotel has no staff on site, the check-in process is very convenient and it provides a sense of security without being run by anyone.

It would be better if there are some spaces for us to store our luggage after we check out, because it is not safe enough to store it in the small garden.

Staff there were very helpful,they kindly let us store our luggage when returning from our cruise as we were stuck otherwise till 1pm. The room was comfortable n clean. And everything that you may need.

Door to studio didn't feel very secure,and the shower was differcult to get to right temperature.

Loved the boutique style hotel, love the aesthetic of the place. I’ve stayed in boutique style hotels a few times and this is one of my favorites.

The room that I had was in the back and the lighting was not good back there. Also the fact the door didn’t have a secondary lock on the inside, as a female traveling by herself it’s not the most safe feeling.

Didn’t enjoy emails asking me to clean after myself when I am paying for a cleaning fee. Sent several emails trying to communicate with a property manager and never got a response which force forced me to call Booking.com and have to wait for to be able to speak to somebody.

Loved the shower and the fact I could make my own coffee. Having the refrigerator & freezer was a bonus too. It was clean and great for 1 or 2 ppl. The location was perfect!!

Two good quality pillows would go a long way on that bed. They would make sleeping more comfortable. Perhaps an additional mirror in the main living area near outlets. My daughter and I stayed and it would've been great if one of us could get ready in the bathroom & one in main area. Just merely suggestions. We loved our stay!! ~Wendy

Some items needs to be updated like interior walls are chipped, towels got no fiber on them, lamps are dirty, window shades are broken. House called little Paris has to have at least wine and champagne glasses if anyone knows what Paris stands for. Beach chairs are so rusty that is worth no more than 1$. But if you loose it you will pay $50. Picture’s attached.

Easy check in, great to be able to cook my breakfast

Coffee maker wasn’t working, hot water starts running after 10 mins, no laundry, strange there’s no one to talk to on site and that there is no late check outs or at least a place to safely keep the luggage.
