Very clean, activities for kids. Updated room. Stuff was friendly. Fully equipped kitchen.

Line for the elevator in rush hours. They now provide the cleaning starting on a 3rd day of your stay and every other day after that. Definitely better than nothing. But in my opinion cleaning needs to be done every day, you can’t avoid all that sand after the beach. They have fun activities on pool deck. Bar officially open till 6pm, sometimes they close at 5, which is super early. But music stops at 4.

the location is excellent. Super close to restaurants, the beach and the pharmacy which is open 24 hours (There you can find everything! My family and I stayed in the room that had a small kitchen, so we had breakfast in the room with items purchased from the pharmacy). The hotel pool is very good. The hotel bar doesn't have many varieties, but what it does have is tasty.

The hotel offers free chairs on the beach, but does not offer umbrellas. I found the rental price a little high. They could sell a benefits package, or something like that, for those who are going to stay at the hotel for several days. They could improve the signage where we enter the hotel. we got lost walking through the aisles of the shopping complex.

Really good value for money. Spacious, super clean apartment with a spectacular ocean view. Friendly staff. Clean pool along with a Jacuzzi. A lot of things to do outside on the gallery or at the beach. I'd say the value for money ratio was perfect

The hotel was an excellent value. The size of the room was great, it was clean and well kept. The small kitchenette and utensils were extremely useful. The Staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Every single employee was great. The location was very good. I found the overall experience to be a great value.

The entrance through the mall was a bit dated and could use a facelift. The hotel building is a bit dated as well, but it is well kept and very clean.

I absolutely LOVE the location! It is located RIGHT on the beach! You actually don't need to drive anywhere for dining and or entertainment. I had a view of the ocean from my balcony that was simply breath taking! The beach is across the street literally about 200 ft! Plenty of restaurants can be accessed from the garage of the property. Just take the elevator to the F3 level and walk into the mall. Incredible. The only place I will stay for now on when I go to South Florida!

The ONLY thing I didn't like, and this is NOT the hotel's fault, is their parking lot. It's not very well lit and can be a bit treacherous with cars coming down as you go up. One staff member apologized and admitted the garage is from the 1930s. But the hotel is TOP NOTCH!

The apartment was perfect in size and very clean.

I think the lift could have a bette configuration. It took a long while for the life to come up to the room floor or getting down due to the amount of traffic.

This property has an exceptional location near plenty of restaurants, shopping, beach and so many happy hours. The staff was incredible and all the extra activities made our stay phenomenal! We had the best time and we will be back!

Loved all the hotel has to offer. A resort, family friendly feel. Staff was amazing and efficient. Clean! It was our first time traveling with our 14 month old

Confusing to navigate the premises the first day and a half. Also, we didn’t realized we had utensils, plates and drinkware until close to leaving. No free coffee either, parents need coffee!!

I was charged for parking and I was asked if I had a car which was no I didn’t. Still trying to contact them to get the overcharge paid back to me The lifts were very slow

The Location was amazing. could see the ocean sunrise / sunset from our balcony.

If check in is at 4pm. Check out shouldn’t be at 10am. The housekeeper was VERY impatient and somewhat rude. She attempted to come in the room at 10am exactly. I asked her for 10 more minutes due to my husband went to get the car. She sucked her teeth and mumbles and WAITED outside my door! She then knocked and tried to come in again at 10:10am. she KNEW I was still in there. She was very impatient.
