Love the location of this little condo resort. The staff is so nice, especially Ms Norma! The small kitchen is perfect for quick meals and has everything you need. We had a problem with our AC, it wasn't cooling properly. We told Ms Norma about it and she had a maintenance guy there in 5 minutes. He fixed the problem promptly and we were cool again!

The bathroom in the studio rooms are very very small. I wished there were robe hooks on the doors or somewhere to hang your robe, wet bathing suit etc. That would be very helpful. And also needs a full length mirror on the closet door or somewhere in the studio.

Location was good and it was really clean and had everything one would need to cook meals etc. great value

The bed was so uncomfortable I wanted to love the place 100% because they are so nice there. But oh my need a memory foam or something. I slept on the couch one night and my husband slept in the bed then we switched lol then finally the last night we had to go somewhere else cos I was just too stiff to do it again. But it was a studio so a Murphy bed was the main bed. But it could be remedied with just a memory foam topper I think.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel... You just can't beat it. You can see the ocean from the pool and there are numerous stores/restaurants to walk to. It was spring break when we were there and when we flew in the first evening, driving to the hotel the "downtown" area was definitely hopping but a few blocks down where Silver Seas is, you can't hear anything but it's close enough so that you could walk to join if you wanted. We doordashed dinners three nights and ate out the other night. It was just easier with young kids. They brought the food right to the hotel room. I also placed an instacart order the morning after we arrived to have stuff for breakfast and lunches and it worked out perfect. I had planned to go to the Flamingo Gardens (30 minutes away), but my 5 and 4 year old wanted to stay at the hotel and go swimming and go to the beach!! The people were so so friendly and the staff at the hotel were lovely and helpful. We WILL be back!!!

I did feel like the pictures of the standard studio room we stayed in were a little deceiving. The queen bed was a wall bed and then my kids slept on the pullout couch. With both open it was pretty tight. During the day we just closed the sofa bed and it was okay. The cleanliness was subpar. For us, it was fine but we were talking about my parents coming and how my mother would think it hadn't been cleaned. I did sweep the floors everyday just because of sand, and felt like I needed to wash the tub before my kids took their first bath because it just didn't look clean.

Great location, small property, very safe, steps to lots of shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Spacious living area, palm trees gave lots of shade.. Great ambience, very family friendly. Very small street to cross to hit the sand.

The property is older, don’t expect updated anything, but it was still totally worth it because it was clean and spacious.

The price/quality ratio is perfect!❗️ If you are a picky tourist, just across the fence from the Ritz-Carlton! The location is perfect! 2 minutes walk to many different bars/restaurants to suit all tastes, 24 hour supermarket, Beach across the street!Beach towels,chairs, The room has a full kitchen! Warm pool! And a balcony overlooking the ocean! I liked everything!❤️

The staff members were extremely friendly & helpful. The resort was modest, but had everything I needed. I felt safe traveling alone. The heated pool was very nice and the beach views and access were incredible. The value was simply amazing!

Overall, the room met my needs, but my bathroom sink would not drain. Housekeeping did not come at all during my stay.

Exceptional 5-day getaway! You couldn't ask for a more perfect location...just steps away from the beautiful Ft. Lauderdale Beach! Check-in with Norma at the front desk was so simple...she made our stay so enjoyable. We walked everywhere....so many wonderful restaurants within a 5- or 10-minute walk from Silver Seas. CVS and many shops were also within easy walking distance. Our one-bedroom condo was furnished comfortably, fully stocked kitchen (full-size refrigerator, stove and burners, microwave) with plates, utensils, pots and pans, glassware, everything you need. Very comfortable bed with soft linens. AC cools the rooms perfectly. Highly recommend the Silver Seas and can't wait to go back. Norma is a wonderful special employee.

Omg!!! I couldn’t have picked anything better than this!! From the moment you pull up to the property your in awe! It’s very retro chic style. It gives Miami vibes! Then our suite was an entire apartment that was so spacious and home away from away vibes. Right directly your looking at the beach in front you! You’re located right next to everything!

The location to the beach and restaurants was ideal. The pool was also nice and clean. Beach chairs and towels were a plus! The free parking was a valuable amenity as well. The air conditioning worked well and the fan noise helped drown out any noise.

The furniture in the room was adequate for an efficiency. The chairs could be more comfortable. Though we didn't spend too much time in the room, it would have been nice to have nicer chairs to relax in.

This apartment is in any old block but right on the beach. Old style spacious rooms and across the road from the main beach. Old equipment in kitchen but all utensils and equipment worked and present. Walking distance from numerous restaurants. Staff pleasant.

Room had different configuration to pictures on booking.com. Old building but for the price very good location and value. Very little security though.
