Our first stay at a Conrad and this location is outstanding! The staff were all friendly and helpful, sharing tips and ideas and accommodating our additional requests. The room was very comfortable and larger than similarly priced rooms in the area. The entire facility was very clean and we also received cleaning service twice daily which was a nice surprise. This was one of the few times we felt like we actually "got something" for that additional Resort Fee charged by most vacation locations ---- we enjoyed the bikes and my husband even rode to the grocery store to restock our drinks and snacks mid-trip, the inclusion of beach umbrellas and lounge chairs was a huge win, along with towel service beachside and poolside. It was only a 15 minute ride from the airport and the overall location is very nice. It's within walking distance to some little breakfast places behind the Conrad, lots of delicious dinner locations, and a small market. Ride services arrived within minutes if you wanted to travel a bit further so we found it far more convenient not to have a car.

The website needs to be updated to reflect that Resort Fee is now $40 (not the stated $30). I would also suggest that the website be more clear about what is included with this fee since it is actually value-added, I finally just called the hotel in advance to inquire.

I very much liked The stuff we’re very friendly especially the housekeeping stuff and the stuff at the café. Stuff at the front desk were so lovely and provided extra check out time which I really appreciated because my flight out was later in the evening. The physical environment is gorgeous and write from when you walk in there’s a real therapy factor that really envelops you and is pleasurable. The Concierge stuff from as well the lady who helped me find my way to the Water taxi stop was very clear and efficient. The valer staff were very nice and helpful as well when I asked for a cab to go to the airport.

I had to ask for hyper allergenic pillows but did not receive them. Also, I had mentioned in a note before I traveled that it was my birthday that one day that I was there however nothing was done to really celebrate that! Perhaps glass of Prosecco or flower or a gift or some gift card or something, even just a card with some writing of happy birthday on it would’ve been nice as a gesture! Also the clothing and items in the gift shop are way too expensive for what they are.

The hotel has great apartments with sea view. Very nice apartment with kitchen, large bathroom, very good bedding, lounge area, 2 large TV screens and a balcony with 2 chairs. Warm welcome at reception and special for Megan who was super responsive to our requests. Thanks a lot. Reception very smiling and super friendly. Two restaurants: an exceptional Japanese Takato with amazing sushis (the best since a long time) so fresh, just perfect!!! You need to book! Crowded 🤭 The Italian was good but not exceptional as Takato. Parking valet 20/20. 20/20 😃 for Saintilio Edauard : she did an amazing work in our room every day. Little things… perfect All staff at the top. TAKATO RESTAURANT: 20/20

Deception to hear from the Italian restaurant VITOLO : we wanted to have some pasta in the room ( I said that I could grab it / not been delivered). They said they were fully booked. Ok. And said that I could order it at 5pm… We were guests of the Conrad. But we knew it might be difficult to get food from the VITOLO restaurant because the receptionist told us : That Mr … is a little bit funny / he usually says no for those kind of demands… it’s true!! We went 4 times to Takato and one night (they are more than fully booked every night. It’s crazy. At the bar too. You know what ? We’ve been delivered at 7:49… so Mr. “Funny” from VITOLO should maybe think about it🤔🤭 Crazy noises in the 2 restaurants.

Excellent in-room service, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the one-bedroom apartment suite was perfect! Will be staying there again. Everything you need is on location and you're close to a lot of other great restaurants.

I think my bed wasn't very comfortable, but I could just have had bad luck, and it would have been great if the beach area had more exclusivity. Instead, you rent from Boucher brothers which is a separate company, and anyone can rent an umbrella in the same area you are

The Hotel is well positioned across the road from the beach, and everything is provided at the beach, Towels, chairs etc Our room was very well equipped for a 11-night stay. Microwave, hotplate, fridge etc. The room was exceptionally clean on arrival and cleaned daily. The cleaning staff are excellent at this hotel. From reception to the doorman, they are doing a very good job.

Upscale property with spacious accommodations. Friendly staff.

Despite the property’s upscale, adult feel, the pool was full of kids. One day at the pool, there was a DJ playing loud, obnoxious club music for hours. Many similar hotels we’ve visited play music that’s more appealable to the broad range of guests.

Exceptional hotel with top-notch facilities and outstanding service! The suite was incredibly spacious, offering every amenity you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making the entire experience truly memorable. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!

Love this hotel! It's one of my favorite places to go too! The Lobby is small and not overly active but the resident rooms are worth it. I love the decor and layout of these rooms. Plus the kitchen with full fridge is awesome. Full beautiful views from multiple angles. I will definitely go back.

Like I said the Lobby area is not big but it's cute. The hallways are a bit worn down. For the price you'd think they could keep up the carpet better.

The customer service was exceptional, the cleanliness was top tier, we enjoyed room service nightly because the food & customer care was always fantastic.

No complaints during our stay :) extremely happy with our experience & look forward to staying again.

the room was lovely quite large, kitchen facility brilliant unfortunatley we didn't get to experience either the beach or breakfast, as our luggage had not arrived with us from the uk. and we were going on a cruise
