We started off in a smaller room. The TV in the room didn't work and they were not able to repair it. They moved us to another room which was larger and much nicer. The staff was excellent!!!! Friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. Not fancy but the location was great. It was a short, pleasant walk to the beach. I would defiantly stay there again. The staff made the stay.

The furniture at the pool could use an upgrade.

The location is great and easy to find. The staff extremely helpful. We were here in November and there was some repairs going on around the facility and even the the men who were doing repairs were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

It would be nice to have more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. It would be good to hang the hairdryer in the bathroom higher so the cords are not hanging in the sink or on another wall. Add a clothes line in the shower area for bathing suits.

Staff was very friendly , and the sincere friendly not the forced ! Location was good , good value for the price I paid !

Need some rugs or something , I felt the need to keep a towel on the floor next to the bed or wear my sandals inside because so much floor yuck your feet pick up from the floors before getting into bed . Also my fiance told me he saw a roach (just one , I get it , bugs are nature) but he didn’t want to tell me until after we checked out as I would have sat up all night thinking about it.

Room was so clean!! Bed was comfortable and the pillows were awesome! Perfect bungalow type room and chill! Yes, you pay for a parking permit; however, they have 6 other properties that are around the area that you can park at as well!? Saves a lot on parking for sure!! Pool was clean and never more than a few people in there at a time. That staff were the BEST! Very friendly and helpful with all kinds of local places to visit. We will definitely be back! We stayed 7-1 to 7-3 for an incredible deal!

Honestly, there was nothing that we didn't like about our stay.

The location for the price was magnificent. It was 3 blocks from the beach so that was good enough for me. Very quaint and cute.

Room lacked any personality or warmth... stark white and cold. Parking was a little sticky... there was not to much parking at the hotel but there were other spot at other affiliated hotels close by,

In walking distance to everything you needed! Shops, beach, restaurants tons of options and things to do. No need for an uber or rental car. This property allows you to access facilities at other locations of theirs all in walking distance as well!

Oily floors, whatever they use to clean the rooms get's sticky on your feet. This being a close to the beach property that's a big issue for me. Also bed was on the hard / stiff side of the spectrum. Could use some decor.

I arrived at nearly 2am after a cancelled flight. I did have to make a phone call, but staff answered right away and rushed over immediately to let me into my room. He also offered a late check out. He was very kind and efficient.

It was clean - but the bleach smell was a bit strong.

My room was clean and a very close walk to the beach and the beach activities. Yet, it was off the beach which allowed for a more quiet stay. The wifi allowed me to complete what work I had. The staff was exceptional. When I needed help, they were pleasant and assisted me. I was very pleased with my 6 night stay.

I did use my computer to watch certain sports and financial TV shows I usually watch. The TV selection was basically streaming with Pluto being the live TV feed. The streaming and WIFI connected TV shows satisfied my needs.

Kavon was Great very helpful and a interesting person to talk with he was the Front desk person when i arrived I enjoyed my stay so much when I returned from my cruise i stayed another night. I enjoyed that it was only 2 blocks from the beach had a nice pool could use a jacuzzi though. And was in walking distance to food, CVS Drug store and it was a big store with a variety of items.
