Room was eclectic, but huge, comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were very accommodating. Great neighborhood for walking around to eat, for coffee, very fun vibe. I would stay here again for sure. Totally beats the chain hotel vibe.

The room was kind of wonky, with a few things sort of 'patched up', as it appeared to have been converted from something else to hotel (maybe apartments). None of that mattered to us. Most importantly, it was safe, clean and quiet. Also excellent experience with every staff member we encountered.

I love this location. It's a home away from home. It's been remodeled. I would like the desk back in the bedroom. A seat I can put my shoes on and a desk for my laptop. Didn't stay long enough but I'll be back when I'm in Fort Lauderdale. If I could have worked out a better deal with SWAIR I would have stayed cause La Casa gave me a good price. I've stayed there many times. Don't want to give away my jewel away from home. It's a great location. Three blocks away from a great boardwalk with clean sand and wonderful restaurant and bars. The lime life. Can't ask for more.

There wasn't an iron board but there was an iron. Please out an iron board in the room. When I went to the office it took a while for someone to come to take my money. You'd think a business wants to take my money. But, the guy that showed up was cute and friendly and suggested places for me to go, and I did and had fun and made money. Hard Rock is the bomb. Renovated and you might get lucky like I did.

The man at the office was so nice and polite, he made check in so easy. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was great within a few blocks of the beach.

Parking could be better, our shower took awhile to drain when we would shower, but it did drain. Housekeeping tried opening our door with her key, but never announced who she was or what she wanted when I asked. The pool was very green the first night we were there so we couldn’t get in.

The courtyard was a really nice place to hang out at the end of the day. Very relaxing. The painted outdoor wall murals were charming. Being able to use any of the pools across the multiple properties was great.

The pools and hot tubs facades can use a little love. It's hard to figure out if this is a diamond in the rough or a gem on the decline. I really hope the current owners put the love into this property it deserves.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The equipment in the rooms was also sufficient.

The hotel office was two buildings away and there was no direction from the building to the office when we stayed. No one had informed us about this situation before. A guest we saw by chance helped us and we were able to reach the office to check in and enter our room. Also, the check-in staff was not friendly or helpful.

Everything, free upgrade to a spacious super quiet room with French windows, sofa and fabulous 4 poster king bed. Superclean, great attention to detail and excellent housekeeping service. Good sized bathroom with everything you might need, even includes hair conditioner something I haven't seen in any hotel in years! Beautiful lush peaceful garden with fountain and private table and chairs outside room. Lovely swimming pool with additional fountain kept at the perfect temperature and short work to the beautiful clean waters of Fort Lauderdale beach. Great welcome from Fernando at the reception introducing us to the whole resort. Can't wait to come back, hopefully soon!

Comfortable bedding and large room. Plenty of space and a walk-in closet. Our room also had a separate area for the mini fridge and microwave, although I'm not sure if this is standard. Neighborhood felt safe to walk around at night. Friendly staff that accommodated our late check-in.

Its an older hotel, so the bathroom could have used some maintenance but overall it was functional.

Location was perfect. Loved the space and cleanliness! Price was the best part! We enjoyed having the extra room. Really liked the Circut ride share that stopped at the village. The extra food places were very handy so we didn’t have to walk to the ocean Blvd.

A tube of caulk would go a long way in the bathroom and a full length mirror would be helpful in the bedroom . The towel bar was loose and the fan did not work in the bathroom.

I booked the king bed appartement with lots of space for the two of us. The bedroom had two side closets with clothes hangers, in addition of a large dresser, enough space to empty our luggage. The bathroom is functional but not very modern, a couple of shelves but barely enough to hold all toiletries. We could hang all towels to dry. The kitchen was very well equipped, full size fridge, toaster, microwave, electric heating double plates, coffee maker and sets of plates, glasses ustensiles plus some pots and pans. 2 TVs. Lots of space in the living room, large desk where I could set up my computer (decent internet) and a small dining table in addition to a couch and side tables. Nice cleaning personal; I did not want anyone inside cleaning so they just tied a bag to the door with clean towels etc.

The bathroom was dated and small. The bed had four huge posts that stood in view of the TV and that I kept hitting when getting up at night to use the bathroom. The light switches in the long corridor were not wired properly so took a while to figure it out. The coffee maker was outdated, could only do one cup and had to use those single serve coffee bag that I just could not find at Publix.

great location; nice rooms; responsive staff; comfortable bed; it was okay to park on the street rather than pay $10/nt to park in their designated spaces. staff went out of their way.

they had me in a smaller, sparse room the first night. however, I had upgraded my room via booking.com but they seemed to not have that info in their system. when I subsequent showed them my confirmation indicating a larger room, they immediately moved me to a much better room. it was a big improvement. also, they should consider spraying the patio area with bug spray. my arms and legs got dozens of bites by sitting by the pool for breakfast. those no-see-ums can be awful.
