All was great except we had to switch rooms because the bed was so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep but next room bed was fine. Location was great. The pool was very nice to have. It was always clean & quiet. Just what we needed.

It needs some clothesline or somewhere to dry clothes or each room needs a dehumidifier. Even with the A/C on our clothes we’re always wet. The walls & ceiling were even dripping wet. A dehumidifier would make this place perfect:)

Bathroom could use some work. Weird / old smell when you first walk in room.

Staff are great, Cesar and the Argentinian were amazing! 100% customer service! 2 blocks from the beach and close to a variety to restaurants. 3 pools with BBQ which we used 1 and threw some ribs, chicken and corn cobs. Room are clean, enough towels, own kitchen, rooms are pretty spacious. Only thing is that the air conditioner does not get the room enough cold, but other than that everything was amazing! Definitely coming again 😀

I reserved a Queen Deluxe room which was very large with kitchenette including microwave and cooktop. Room was very pleasant upon arrival and there are three pools in this Tranquilo property. There is another separate Tranquilo building across the street. Beds were good and the location of the hotel is quite convenient to beach and local bakery/lunch spots. I would recommend Tranquilo

Door deadbolt was broken though the door locked fine. I reported it.

The location was perfect, there were plenty of things in walking distance including food, coffee, and the beach! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place itself was a good size and the bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there was some hair on the floor and on the sheets. It was definitely an older property and could use some updating in the rooms.

Easy to find, staff was great and the location was perfect! We loved the late check out and would consider staying again.

The shower ends up spraying outside the curtain in the bathroom, the baseboard was separating and could use some TLC. It didn’t bother us. I also felt like the room didn’t really get a cold as the ac was set. It was cold if you were in front of it but laying in the bed I didn’t feel like it was cold enough.

It was easy to contact the front desk if they weren't in office. The location is perfect - close to the beach and cute places to grab breakfast. The room was cute and the bed confortable.

My room wasn't cleaned every day, and when it was, not very well. One time the person just handed me a bag with towels and toilet paper and took off.

Location of the hotel was great. The pools are nice.

The room needed a small table for eating and maybe a counter. The AC wasn't cool enough. There was a ceiling light by the bathroom that turned on and off with the ceiling fan. So, you couldn't keep the fan on. This was the most disappointing thing about my stay.

I do not have any bad things to say about my stay at Tranquilo. I am born and raised in Fort Lauderdale and I can’t believe I’m just now discovering this little gem. Perfect for a family staycation. The rooms were extremely clean, a ton of space, and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Plus, the staff were so so nice!! I’m already booking my next time trip back for December.

Nothing that bad— only thing is, the booking said we were going to get two queen beds in our room. Upon checking in, our room had one full size bed and one king size bed.

The location was perfect, the pool was so beautiful, and the staff was so nice! Also the room was much bigger than we thought it would be.

Sometimes we would try to go to the office to get beach towels, but nobody would be in there. But even then, we would ring the doorbell and a staff member would be with us shortly.
