Apartement is very big so for families recommending. Free parking. Pool area with jacuzzi very nice. Grills ready to use. Good company. Water with boats behind the hotel so nice atmosphere.

young lady at the front desk very rough. Asked her for a late check out and she said not possible at all but 10.30am should be ok. So 30min later than usual check out. I said to her she should put a note in her computer that everybody knows we stay 30min longer. Check out day at 10am she called me we should immediately check out. Thanks for nothing young lady. Please realize in hotel business you should treat people more friendly because they paying a lot of money.

very comfortable, amazing location for the beach/walking the strip, super clean, friendly staff, room was ready early (that’s not always the case tho we just got lucky), had everything you would need in the hotel except for a few items but they are easily buyable! the building was definitely updated recently it’s still alittle bit on the older side but super super comfy none the less! if you are thinking about going GOOOOO!! it is the best!

the only downside like most people said were the beds, honestly my bf and i were there for 9 days and after the second/third day you kind of melt into the bed lol it honestly gets better! but if you have a rough back to begin with it is a little rock hard and stiff but it isn’t terrible! the couch bed was super soft and comfy so that’s always an option for people with bad backs! other than the bed everything was perfect!

We enjoyed the Coconut Bay Resort very much. The suite we rented was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed, but I wish there were hooks in the bathroom for towels. It is off the main strip so the resort is away from the other hotels, but we enjoyed the restaurants close to our hotel, right around the corner.

My only complaint was when we exchanged our towels. We were told to put the dirty towels in the basket so they can do an even exchange for clean towels. I had called the front desk to see if they would put the clean towels in a plastic bag in the basket and the front desk assured me that they would do that, but that didn't happen. Our clean towels were in the basket we put the dirty towels in. I didn't use the bottom towel.

The pool was great. Lots of space to sit, pool noodles to play with. Loved the cold water bottles available at the front desk. Also they offered us beach chairs and umbrellas to use during our stay free of charge. Other people left them behind so it’s basically an honor system that you will return them. Plenty of towels for the pool or beach and shower always available.

There were a couple of homeless people that would sit around in the pool area. One of them would ask for cigarettes to the people at the pool. They didn’t bother anyone in general, but it just threw off the vibe. Kind of depressing to be honest.

I try not to stay in typical hotel rooms anymore. I love having a kitchen where I can enjoy breakfast and coffee while I read the news and my emails to start my day. The rooms at Coconut Beach Resort have a kitchen well-stocked with all the tools you need as well as a comfortable table and seating area. The pool was warm, clean, and inviting. The beach was a short walk away.

The mattress could have been softer for my liking, but I did sleep fine. They are doing a lot of remodeling, so this may change soon. The work going on was never bothersome. I like to see that they put money back into the resort to keep it nice. I would come back again, for sure, and I would recommend it to others.

Great resort easy to navigate, close to shops and the beach, with lots of parking spaces. The room was clean, kitchen well equipped and 2 TV’s in the apartment with a lot of channels to watch. Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. They let us use the pool facilities before checking and after checkout which was really appreciated, they also provided us with key to the restroom/shower and towels. We really enjoyed the pool, there’s BBQ, plenty of space to sit and enjoy lunch/dinner and also 2 restrooms & 1 shower.

Not a minus but a suggestion for improvement is the pool restroom & shower, we had issue with locating that at first as there’s no indication where to find it. The shower seems to have light/ventilation build in but we couldn’t find any switch for it. It could also be a bit better equipped in terms of adding hooks on the wall or place to store some stuff when using shower.

I adore the tropical style! It was exactly what you'd expect from a classic Florida place. The arrival and check-in process were very easy and fast, perfect instructions about the arrival. The room was incredibly comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

The apartment could use a better cleaning; it lacks that fresh, clean smell.

Lovely resort. Well equipped, clean and spacious apartment. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had a kettle! A great location beside a lovely marina. Our apartment looked onto the marina from one side. It had a nice pool although we didn't have time to use it. Easy free parking. Very friendly staff and a quick check-in. A short walk across a bridge to a large shopping mall with a couple of good restaurants. Also a short walk to a fabulous beach Wish we'd stayed longer.

The property was within 1 block of the beach and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The lady at the front desk was THE sweetest person ever. Everyone we had met, guests, residents and workers were so friendly! The room was so clean and had everything we needed, including paper towels, extra trash bags and dishwasher tabs, if needed (YES, it had a dishwasher in the kitchen). Went here with zero expectations and now everything will have to measure up to here….or we just keep coming back

We really enjoyed our relaxing stay here. It was roomy, clean, well furnished and conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beach (2 blocks), restaurants, and grocery stores (1/2 mile). There were no security concerns, within the facility grounds or walking in the neighborhood. The office people were super friendly and helpful, even providing beach chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach and fresh pool towels. The pool and hot tubs were cleaned daily and very popular .

The building is older but well maintained.
