The pool and jacuzzi was very nice.

Just the bathroom was a little dirty is all but it happens. And not enough outlets near bed for cell phone and tablet is all.

Location was great- lots of restaurants near by! The staff are amazing- we forgot a briefcase in our room and the staff who answered the off site phone helped immensely/ the on site managers were extremely helpful as well ( Andre and others). They managed to get the briefcase sent back to us in time for an important deadline. Thank you so much!

There was nothing to dislike. A charming retro hotel in a convenient quiet location close to great restaurants!

Very quaint and sweet. Had multiple pools and grills available. Outdoor area was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Did not want a big hotel but a sweet little getaway.

Might be hard if you have difficulty with stairs. Our rooms were on the second level with spiral stairways. A little difficult with luggage.

Typical small motel you telling the TV is not working they tell you it's a problem everybody has you point out that you're an engineer and that you know what's wrong eventually if you push you get moved to a room where the stuff's working perfectly okay

Location was great. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars and more. I also like the old vintage style of the property featuring 2-story buıildings and several pools.

Our room was not ready for check in when we arrived, even though we arrived at the advertised check in time.

We had a late check in which was no problem for them. The hotel was great, the grounds are so nice. It's only two blocks up the street from the beach and a couple blocks from the water taxi stop. We enjoyed watching the iguanas climb the palm trees. We hung out at the heated pool everyday. All the stores are within walking distance. They gave us extra towels and tp without us asking. We would def stay here again and look forward to it in the future.

We really enjoyed the pool, although the hot tub was cold the entire time. We were very pleased with our stay and will be back again.

The bathroom could’ve been cleaner when we got there, found a used disposable cup attacked on top of the new cups and hair in the tub.

Alejandra ,the receptionist was incredibly helpful.

Me and my freinds stayed for spring break. The room was very large and comfortable. The facility had three pools and one hot tub, all of which were very nice. I liked that each room led to striaght outdoors, no hallways or elevators to ride. The staff was very friendly as well. Overall I would say it was a great value for the price.

The floors in our room were not cleaned throughout the week, however the bed was made and our towels replaced. Not very much we didn't like!

The staff was very friendly, Valeria and Alvin helped us a lot, though we got transferred to a different building of the village ( from the Winterset to Tropirock, same chain) the inconvenience was not even noticed after the service we received. The room was big enough for the 4 guys we were in the trip, also the kitchenette was a huge plus. Definitely would come back here.

There was not a jacuzzi in the hotel, not a huge deal since we could use the one a the other facility, but it would’ve been cool if there had been one at Tropirock.
