Location, the staff were very personal, food in the Steel pan. The activities they had while we were there. The hotel smelled very good.. ( I want to know what do they used it was very pleasant). Very Clean throughout the hotel. They sent text msg to let you know what was going on every day at the hotel. Our housekeeper did an awesome job with cleaning our room.

The beds In our room were too small to really accommodate 3 people. The hotel didn't promote the Circuit for guest to get around for free instead of Uber/Lyft. The older blond headed guy in Steelpan was rude and he double charged me for my food on 6/7/24, and he told me there was no way he could charge me twice. I was in room 1216 and was charged for my food 2xs @$15.50 from happy hour menu.

The location on the beach is nice. The hotel restaurant has good food and a nice view. It was easy to walk across the street to the beach chairs each day. This part of the beach was less crowded than the area by beach place. The view from the room was amazing.

The $51 a day valet parking was annoying. When the hotel got busier on the weekend, we had to wait a longer time to get our car. The elevators are small and as the hotel got more busy, we also had long waits for an elevator and cramped space once you got inside. Adding up the parking and the resort fee made the bill increase by 30%. Something to keep in mind when you book at the stated rate.

my over all experience was great. i booked the breakfast include with booking.com. the the hotel said we have to pay for breakfast and they deduced 16$ per day. which cover for 1/3 the cost of the breakfast. would be appreciated to know it when booking with booking.com before paying more per room when booking and end up paying 2/3 of your breakfast anyway.

The property is in a great location right at the front of the beach, and provides beach chairs and towels. It’s also 15’ walk from Las Olas beach, 5’ walk from a mall and close to other nice areas. Staff super friendly and attentive.

I had to ask for a full clean of my room, even though they would make the basic sheets and towels replacement, they were not really cleaning. Bath tub would not properly drain the water. Breakfast a bit expensive and not worth it. Better to go to Starbucks 7’ walk.

I liked the location, we upgraded to a better room with a full view of the beach. It’s lovely. The check in/check out were easy, the bed extremely comfortable, a very clean room, and the shower was excellent. We did not try the breakfast- we had dinner and breakfast nearby. The staff made some nice recommendations.

This was a precruise stay, and our flight was delayed. Cruises now are sailing out at 3 pm, so we weren’t able to see more of the hotel, use the pool or visit the beach.

The staff were so friendly and took care of every need. We had a very early check in...big help! Traveling with a pet was no problem.Any request always had an immediate response. Wevwere there recovering from surgery....The Valet even brought out a wheelchair to help me to my room! We were so comfortable and well cared for during our stay.

The parking!Wonderful valet service but the fees a bit hight for off season and very difficult for our caretaker. $58 (plus$4tax) overnight fee. Then $36 for daily even if only an hour. She would street park and pay then walk. One other issue over which the hotel has no control. Homeless people (1 to 4 ) flopping on the benches and napping where we walk the dogs. No problems but made us as women feel uncomfortable. The Valets were right there if there had been an issue.

We wanted to make sure the room had a direct ocean view for the air show so we drove over and the staff there was very helpful. Edlet showed us a 10th floor "preferred" room which has a floor to ceiling window. Edlet recommended that we do early check-in which starts at 7am in order to get a good room. His supervisor, Evilyn just told us to call that day to see if that would be necessary. So that morning I called and Evilyn said we didn't need to do early check-in that our room was blocked and we could check-in at 4 pm. That was a relief, since our grandson had a baseball game and we couldn't come early to check-in. So we got there at 5:00pm and Edlet said we had a GREAT room. Well it turns out they upgraded us to an ocean view corner room which has 2 windows! It was a FABULOUS room with a great king bed mattress, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Viewing the air show from that room was spectacular! We highly recommend this hotel, which is very nice, great location, and a super friendly staff! The only negatives were that between the hotel resort fee (not really a resort), the city taxes, and the valet parking it turns a $300 room into $500.

Absolutely amazing location with a gorgeous view of the coastline. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. The restaurant was also very good, serving a wide variety of foods. Also, I absolutely loved the vibe, playing reggae music in both the restaurant and hotel lobby. I would highly recommend this establishment for a quick overnight or for a weeks long vacation! I was in Florida for a cruise and this hotel's proximity to the cruise port was also very convenient!

I really have no complaints but if I had to dig deep to find something I would say not being able to have my dinner delivered to my room was a minor but easily overlooked detail.

We had an ocean view room. The bed was comfortable. I valete my car at the front door and didn't worry about it again. The hotel restaurant prices were reasonable. The food was delicious,

I wish they would put an extra blanket in the room. I like to have the air conditioning cold in the room, but like to be under a blanket while I sleep. The blanket was a little thin. Don't know if security could have done anything about the people on the sidewalk arguing at 2:00 am. but other than these two issues we enjoyed our stay.
