The room. But I didn't know we couldn't smoke a cigarette in the room. After I paid for smoking room with a Queen size bed. An ended up with 2 double beds. But other than that it's was a comfortable stay. An I wanted to check in early after I had been on the bus for 36 hours and I made it to Fort Myers and at 11:30 an I had to wait until 3 pm to go to my room and rest. And I had to sit outside in the cold just to smoke a cigarette. Other than that it was an amazing stay. I will recommend it to my friends and family. The Non smokers in my family.

Paying for a room that's is clearly on the website and it also says smoking and paying for a queen size bed and getting a room I had to freeze trying to smoke a cigarette and I asked for a queen size bed and got a double bed room instead.

It was a easy check in and the room was clean the elevator was a good catch 👌

The maids don't knock when they come to clean the rooms they just walk in.. the free breakfast would of been ok if it was more of a variety of things to choose from..the pool was not open cause it was very dirty green water in it

Breakfast needs a little work. Would love to see a better selection. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. That would make this place stand out.

Only thing i could say was i would of liked a door knob sign to say do not disturb on it. Ive been woken up every morning

Everything except for the beds. I wanted a Queen Size bed and I got a double bed instead. And only a few channels on the TV played but I good room overall

The friendliness of the staff was great, gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do with the family!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property

I felt safe at this location. The room was clean and met our needs. Close to the facilities for a concert we went to see. Breakfast was not available due to covid still.

Very little outlets in the room. Couldn’t plug in our phones. This was the biggest drawback of the hotel. Everyone has phones and not enough outlets. But safety and cleanliness are more important.

It could of been a little cleaner..I myself clean condos for a living.and I'ma supervisor....and the room should of been cleaner then it was..😢
