Very comfortable and felt like home. Suites had everything you needed. Great, friendly staff. Breakfast provided each morning was exceptionally great with a nice variety in addition to social night one day per week. Location was GREAT!!! Every retail and dining/restaurant you can think of was within 0.5-2 miles. Lots of retail/restaurants/entertainment within walking distance. I was amazed by that. Beaches about 30min away. GREAT GREAT GREAT

Elevator was out of order for the entire week that we were there. Wifi/signal in our room was terrible

Breakfasts had little variety and decaf coffee only came out after kitchen closed at 9 am. Quality of breakfast pastries were poor. Most guests were on vacation so breakfast hours should be until 10am every day. Pool and hottub were not clean. You can see the skimmers were black. Tarps from the roof were hanging in front pool view rooms so the view was blocked and the tarps were not doing anything anyway. They should be taken down. The men's urinal on the main floor was unusable and should be fixed instead of being left unconnected. The price of the rooms increased 2.5 times from 2020 but the quality has suffered.

Lots of great options for breakfast, quiet location and plenty of shopping nearby. Will definitely return to Homewood Suites when in Ft Myers again!

Only stayed 1 night...wish we could have stayed longer and used the pool, it looked nice and refreshing.

Breakfast was great! Many options! Accommodations were good! Travel with my daughter and two grandchildren. Very nice and convenient for a family vacation.

Spacious rooms

When I arrived my shampoo bottle was empty and left by the sink. The cleaning staff was in there to tidy my room and left empty shampoo bottle. Luckily I packed my own shampoo.

Breakfast was very good! Staff made it enjoyable. Great variety.

The rooms were amazing. Bedding was clean & comfortable. Loved having everythinf we could need already provided.

Our air kept going out in our room and we had to have maintenance come up a couple times to fix it, but it kept happening so we ended up sleeping in a hot room with little ones. However the front desk did comp one nights stay for our troubles.

Service was excellent. Breakfast great. Staff cooperative. Great location-very quiet with no noise at nighttime>

I always like Homewood because of the kitchen, this time had dishes dirty when we arrived the room but they changed it for new ones the next day. It is always my choice when you have kids and save money making food.

Elevator is too slow and old, and hot tub at the pool was closed all the week.

everything is spacious for couple. Stayed for 10 daysJ. ust like a condo. big fridge. 2 huge TVs with cable channels. lamps have power outlets. Kitchen has utensils. 1 medium knife, 2 spoons spatula, paddle, pots, pan, cups, plate, small sized bowls. dishwasher with detergent. Beauty rest mattress. 2 large desks in bedroom. One dresser with 6 draws. nice size closet. iron and board. hair dryer. 2 large size mirrors for ladies. Also a door separating bedroom from living space. Only negative is bed was itchy…. Staffs are wonderful. Housekeeping only if schedule one day ahead. Pool is open. Hot breakfast buffet. Different hot food each day and on Wednesday, they served sausages in evening as social event.
