The hotel and my room were extremely clean. Easy parking. Close to JetBlue park. Breakfast was included.

Not crazy about the $150 damage deposit, but is understandable. I booked on Booking.com and the deposit was stated so I was prepared. I received it back by the next day after checking out. I do not see anything about the charge on the website for Best Western Airport Inn under hotel policies. Not knowing could really damage someone’s vacation.

Clean and comfortable. Slightly stale air in bedroom on first entering but a/c worked well and didn’t notice it after a while.

Receptionist on arrival was very unfriendly, curt and abrupt, perhaps because she was sitting out of sight behind the desk on her phone and I called‘hello’ to gain her attention. I was not concerned about this…but perhaps she was

The hotel looks clean and organized, has a lot of parking and the checkin was easy and friendly. Good location close to Publix supermarket, restaurants, gas station and pharmacy.

The breakfast was just ok but it close at 9AM so you need to make sure to wakeup early to have your meal before the 9AM otherwise they close the doors.

I liked that the water was hot, maybe a little too hot, but it was good. Also, the refrigerator worked which is a plus, things like those don't usually work well.

I didn't particularly appreciate that I had to go to the staff twice in order to get my key card fixed. You guys need to work on that, although it didn't take long to get resolved.

The staff was very help and friend. This hotel is very clean and my room was excellent.

The information on booking.com said there was an airport shuttle to the hotel. There is NOT a shuttle.

Didn't eat breakfast but that is me.... we used the van to take us to airport. Alexandria was the driver, also believes she does housekeeping....she was great. Offered us gum, played good music. Just a sweet lady!

Room had a little funky smell, had to let ac run.

The location was ideal, offering easy access to attractions and amenities. The beds were comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the quiet atmosphere at night ensured a peaceful stay.

Needed directions on how to use the TV remote, had to call and have someone come to room to figure it out, very confusing. Breakfast hot items were few and cold. Items were not very well organized and items were low in count or missing. Was not maintained or supplied well for the amount of guests staying in hotel.

it was very clean, however maids may want to look up on the shower bars. I can see where it would’ve been easy to miss; there was a washcloth left up there to dry by a previous guest up against the wall on the shower bar.

The information I had said the shuttle ran until midnight. I got in at 10:37 by myself and had to scramble to find transportation to the hotel. Never having been there before I wasn’t aware of what was really available at that time.
