There was a rude person working behind the counter the day of checkout..

Goggled and found the hotel. Saw the price for the room. Excellent price for 1 night. No surprose when we arrived. Night staff front desk very kind and new what was doing. Next morning. Had an excellent breakfast. Check oit with no issues. Morning desk person was very kind and checked us out with no issues. Breakfast helper was very kind and assissted me on using the wafflemaker and finding the location of the batter. It was a great experience. Thank you for the staff. You have a great group of people doing a great job and making my and other people feel comfortable away from home.

The young lady who checked us in was awesome...very personable, yet professional. She was a big plus. The room was clean and the entire facility was updated. Overall, a great value for the money.

The only negative was that it was pet friendly and the TV remote control was very chewed by a dog, and the toilet seat even had chew marks. In the early morning a guest went to breakfast and left their dog in the room...we'll, everyone on the second floor got up at 6:30 am due to the constant dog barking. So if you need or want to sleep in, maybe try and find a dog-free hotel.

Everything from the check-in to the room and the breakfast was awesome.

I had one situation involving a housekeeper walking into my room as I was in the bathroom. I had the door latched on the door and she was able to open it. When she opened the bathroom door I was standing there naked and she screamed and turned to leave as fast as possible. I'm not mad or even embarrassed and I'm definitely not trying to get her into any kind of trouble. I'm concerned about how she feels about the situation and I'm sorry that it happened. I had the door latched so I never expected anyone to get in. This may need to be checked by maintenance. This was the only thing that wasn't AAA+ about my stay and I'll definitely come back if I'm in town.

I was very pleased with the very friendly staff. As well I was absolutely thrilled that the hotel and room were very clean. Even the elevator was clean. I also work in a hotel. One of my favorite saying is, " Theirs a difference between old and dingy and old and clean." The building is in good shape. A little fresh painting in a few places could be warranted. It's a little older, but definitely WONDERFULLY CLEAN! I'M HAPPY TO SAY!! I must say I did feel pretty cozy. I would definitely go back if in the area.

we were staying for 2 days so got a suite which had a couch for comfort when watching T.V. or reading. Also the work table was large so two people could eat there or be on their computers. Room was nice and big.

think since there is a couch it would make more sense to have bureau with T.V. on it opposite the couch for viewing rather than opposite the bed.

the staff was very friendly and respectful, both of the young ladies in the front were very helpful as well. breakfast was amazing.

the elevator it seemed a little unsafe with all the loud banging noise when it comes to a stop and it bounced as well. It may need to be looked at. I would've taken the stairs but may room was on the third floor and I had my 8month old and wife with me and we're coming way from Orlando. So our energy level was low. Also I believe their may be some remodeling going on.

Lots of security cameras throughout the hotel he would think the front desk would tell a group of people just drinking in the parking lot to vacate not that they were being loud but it’s just not a good look for the hotel multiple 12 packs of beer look like construction workers hanging out they could’ve done that in their room did not look very Intriguing to guest coming and going

The breakfast options were limited, but really tasty and fresh. The eggs were always on point and the sausage and bacon mornings were the best. There are restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and very clean. Stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. I liked the ice machines which were dispensers and not hand scooped. The staff was excellent. Everyone member of staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. It's less than 15 minutes from the airport which is a big plus.

Pleasantly surprised lowest price in area. Clean without overwhelming air fresheners to cover lack of cleaning. Lauren receptionist epitome of service with a smile. Standard breakfast with added biscuits and sausage biscuit gravy. King room 112 with desk and sofa and chairs. Bed comfy for a good night sleep.

There wasn’t anything outstanding. Maybe pay more attention to details… like missing toiletries. Which we asked for and immediately given.
