I like the location and the cleanliness

I book my room with booking.com and they steal from me. I fell sick and was admitted in the hospital for the night. I called and canceled my reservation with the hotel and on booking.com website. The hotel give back 100% refund but booking.com still charge me. I reach out to booking.com by phone,email, and on their website and the never refund me nor respond to my email. I'm still trying to get my refund but no luck.

Very clean

Location of property was confusing, when my GPS said I arrived the only motel that was at location was a Quality Inn. I first thought that maybe Qualifying Inn took over Travelodge and changed the name. After pulling into the parking lot for Q. I. The Sign for Travelodge was not viewable from street. Had to go through entrance for Quality Inn before the Travelodge motel came into view far across parking lot past Quality Inn. Need better signage at Street.

Location and the staff was great

I didn’t ask for a handicap room, so I have a amputated leg with a prosthetic so my bathroom was not equipped with grab bars. It only had a shower without any kind of seating. I was told that if I would’ve got a handicap room, it would’ve had grab bars and a chair in the shower. I was a little disappointed by this, especially when I checked in and I told them I had a prosthetic

The cost. In my mind, a hotel like this should cost about $50/night, not $170. However, nearby ‘better’ hotels were charging $300. So, for a perfectly adequate, clean, comfortable night’s stay, thank you Travel Lodge for saving us $130.

Took 20 mins to check in at 10 pm with a queue of 1 person in front of us, acknowledgment of our presence when we arrived and that we’d be seen momentarily would have been nice. Must be a more efficient process to check people in.

Good value for the money, friendly staff, clean room. Great lighting, great A/C, comfy pillows, and comfy bed.

Red paint/marker? on the side of the toilet, microwave sparks, toilet paper holder didn't stay secure to the wall. Overall minimal issues

The room was clean. The cleaning crew was fabulous job. Everyone was friendly and courteous

Could use some updates but over all it was great

The room was clean, the staff was very nice, only coffee and tea available for breakfast, no wheel chair access to upstairs, had to drag my luggage up the stairs and I have a bad back. Was there for my mother who had major back surgery and was wheelchair bound so no elevator sucked.

No elevator to upstairs and no breakfast.

It is dated, but the front desk and the housekeeping staff were very good and accommodating and everything was cleaned very well on a daily basis. It was also very quiet. I would stay there again.

room was nice, had fridge, microwave, med size tv, comfy bed with nice pillows and adequate covers. id stay here agajn if i were in the area.

i really liked the room but would have preferred a ground floor.

It was very clean, super quiet and in a good location. Close to resturaunts, fast food places and convient stores.

Could have a little more to offer than coffee
