Our first time staying at a Comfort Inn & Suites and we were surprised. Our expectations weren't high considering the price but it was definitely worth it. The premises were well maintained, the staff was nice, the room was ready and clean, and our stay included a decent breakfast. This was perfect for our two day stay in the area.

The only two things we didn't like were the damp smell in the room (seems to be a common thing in hotels that have carpet), and the pillows were flat.

The location was easy to find and convenient to I75. Breakfast was delectable consistently. After a rough start. housekeeping was great, they knocked on my door everyday to see if I needed any service(s).

Soundproofing!!! Kids and adults normal conversations could easily be heard in the hallway. My room was great except for the bathroom, no walk-in shower. Bathtub was high for an elderly (me) person to get in and out of.

Computers were down when we checked in but the person behind the desk did a good job getting people checked in. We were supposed to get an uber to take us to the airport but it didn't show up when it was supposed to. We checked with the desk and found that it had cancelled but they found us another one 15 minutes later then it was supposed to.

The King Suite was very spacious and we did not feel crowded with our luggage and other items. There is a very nice sitting room area if you invite someone over to your room without sitting where the bed is.

We were on the 1st floor and twice large trucks came and parked in front of our window. Noisy when they start up very early in the morning.

The location is excellent and the television had more channels than I’ve ever seen except at home.

Trying to keep eggs and sausage warm on top of the hot water is a nice idea yet yields poor results. Eggs and sausage were cold by the time I walked to my room. Thanks to the microwave, all good.

The people who worked there were so friendly and accommodating!! My daughter lost her blanket and we thought she may have left it in the bed covers at the hotel. The staff there made at their mission to try and find it. They were absolutely amazing. We definitely will stay again.

Everything was good… great location by the airport.

The location was perfect for us. The carpet could use a refresh in the rooms. This is a simple, clean hotel. They thankfully have coffee and some breakfast items in their common area.

No shuttle service toJetBlue Park, even though they have a shuttle van. We would have gladly tipped or paid for shuttle service rather than calling an Uber/Lyft

Less than a two minute drive to work & extremely quiet! The Front Desk Staff the two guys were super nice !! My toilet in the room had an issue and it was resolved before I got back to the room! Those two guys were awesome!! <3

The bathroom has a stain coming down underneath the handle & I just hated looking at it :(

The breakfast was poor to average. Scrambled eggs were over-microwaved and dry, The sausage was just awful. The waffles were the saving grace for what could have been a terrible breakfast experience.

We received 2 room keys at checking. Only one key worked. We would need to return to the front desk daily for a replacement keycard that would work only once. Somewhat annoying.

I really like the staff at this place. It felt like I was staying at a family's members house. They were friendly and super helpful.

The hotel had the smell of an old building.
