Meghan, was the most exceptional Hostess I've encountered in a very long time. it was very refreshing to be greeted by someone who not only knows the ins and outs of the company she works for but was also extremely friendly🤝 communication was A1 from start to finish newly renovated rooms were gorgeous. will definitely be coming back.

Only downside that I could see was the fact that they require a major credit card, and do not accept bank debit cards or cash. ... I am a local to the area and we keep the lights on during the off season, so it is a minor inconvenience. other than that not one single complaint.

We have stayed at Dolphin Key resort a couple times before over the last 8 years so we knew what to expect and for the price and close location to restaurants was just what we wanted at this time.

First room we were assigned to wasn't cleaned yet,but quickly got a different room.Not a problem.Light by pool flickering all night long for the whole week.Pretty sure it will be fixed now since a lot of people were annoyed by it.

Not a lot to dislike, the hotel was great. We were able to collect our key from the locker as we arrived a little late. There is a great tiki bar that was adjacent our room and a nice pool. We met the owners in the morning who were very pleasant and very welcoming. A short drive and you can find all the shops that you could need on Cape Coral Parkway. We even drove down to a very small beach called the yacht club, I wouldn't call this the highlight of our holiday, but if you're after a few 100m long beach, here it is

The resort was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our one-night stay feel like a full vacation. Despite the short visit, they created a warm and welcoming environment for our family and close friends to enjoy a memorable getaway.

The only downside was that the Tiki Hut bar closed at 10 PM, which felt a bit early for a resort setting. However, it's likely due to local neighborhood ordinances, so it's completely understandable.

Two blocks from our art show. Large room. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable and roomy. Megan was awesome! Quick responses, and even let us leave our vehicle in the overflow parking till after the art show, past our checkout time. Will be back. The live music worried us, but they stopped at 10 pm! Usually wouldn’t mind but we were working.

It was perfect for us.

We just stayed for seven nights with a party of seven of us. The location was great. Lots to do in the area. Our room was in a great location for easy access to the pool and tiki bar. The entire staff from check in to check out was amazing. Polite, helpful and courteous. The bartenders at the tiki bar, Jen, Austin and Michelle made us feel right at home like we were drinking with old friends! The live bands were all perfect. Sounded great! Any question or concern we brought to the front desk was quickly addressed. The food at the tiki bar was delicious. I could go on... really it was a great place to stay. We already want to book again for a vacation next year! We had such a great time!

The only thing I would have liked was a microwave in the room. Sometimes heating up a late night left over snack is much needed after a night of drinking 😉

The accommodations were very good and very comfortable. The staff is great! Always ready to help The bar is a welcomed break after a long working day. Love everything about this resort!

The pricing keeps going up practically on a daily basis. I come to Ft Myers for work and stay many days or week at a time but the cost has increased so much in the last few months i don’t understand the reason!

Lovely room, great shower. Tiki bar nearby offered good food and drinks at great prices. Also there was live music ( various genres ) every day.

Only gripe for me was no complimentary continental breakfast although tea and coffee was provided in the room. I'm not a fan of breakfast in a bar personally so made use of the room fridge for cereal etc. One other thing that irritated my husband was the TV channels or serious lack of them.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and large. The linen was crisp. Conveniently located but just off the main drag.

The towels were a little small, but they did provide pool towel which was a plus. I had a couple small issues, but management explained it well. Thank you! The door seemed a little “loose”.

I liked that it was right by a Tiki bar with great music and decent food options. It had a great pool and ample lounge chairs and seating in pool area which was adjacent to the Tiki bar.

I’m not crazy about platform beds, and the chairs in the bedroom, though new, were uncomfortable. The wooden table and chairs were fine. No dresser or closet for clothes, but the cubby was fine for short stays.
