I was warmly welcomed at the front desk and checked in right on time with no delays. The room was very clean and housekeeping came every day — big plus for that! I really enjoyed the pool — it’s open from morning until 10 PM, always clean, and never crowded. I usually went there around 9 AM or 9 PM and there were never more than 5–7 people. There’s also a jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The room had a coffee machine with fresh coffee every day, plus tea and decaf coffee. Breakfast was nice too — eggs, sausages or patties, and delicious waffles. The air conditioner in the room was very quiet and kept the perfect temperature all the time — that made my stay even more comfortable. After 10 PM the hotel is quiet — no loud parties or noisy guests. The room had a TV, but I couldn’t get my phone to share videos even though there were instructions (and I know how to do it). So I just watched Netflix instead — not a big deal! Wi-Fi is available — not super fast, but honestly really good for a hotel. There’s also free parking, and I never had trouble finding a spot. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness, peace, and good service! 😊

Breakfast was pretty standard for this type of hotel, and was good, with very pleasant seating area. Rooms were very clean, bed comfortable. The location for my trip was perfect, as it was very easy access to the beach. We wound up arriving way earlier than planned, and the front desk clerk worked with us to get us in the room hours early, and at a decent rate. Didn't use the pool (too busy at the beach!) but it did look very nice.

Water temperature in shower couldn't be adjusted-it just came out the same temperature, regardless of how you tried to change it. Fortunately, it was a nice and hot. For someone that was trying to shower a child, it might have been a little too hot.

The young man at the front desk when we checked in was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Had several calls come in when I was trying to check in and he multi-tasked like a pro! The pool was nice and clean. The room was comfortable and clean.

The door to the room didn't close all the way which was kind of creepy. The only other suggestion for improvement would be to get different drapes for those who want the light but not so people walking by can see in the room. To stay private we had to have the privacy was to use the light blocking drapes. It was an all or nothing situation.

room was clean & quiet, good size room & bathroom, tv & wifi worked, refrigerator & air worked good, hotel close to beaches and other places to go, big pool & hot tub, good free breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, etc.

bed was hard and lumpy pillows, sheets were also hard and overall very uncomfortable. couldn't really sleep the first night, asked for a new/ different softer blanket the 2nd night and was better. the water that came out of the shower was only a small thin stream and wouldn't change to a different setting

This is the third time that I have stayed here and I will again.

Hurricane Helene blew through whilst I was there. The power went out around 3pm in the afternoon and was still unavailable 24 hours later. This was most inconvenient! However, this was not the fault of the hotel and the staff. The power company informed them that they had other priorities elsewhere in life threatening circumstances before they would restore power to the hotel. I checked out a day early and found alternative accommodation. Within days a refund for a day was credited to my bank account.

Excellent location for visiting Fort Meyers and Sanibel Island. Large pool was a real bonus. Breakfast was perfectly adequate with reasonable selection. Clean room with toiletries provided. Coffee machine and microwave also available. Would stay there again if in area. Well priced. Staff friendly and helpful.

A few more poolside umberellas would be useful as it can get very hot there. Minor maintence issues to fix in the concrete around the pool/hot tub

The rooms were okay. I did see a small roach but only one in the 4 nights there. Pool and hot tub were the best part. And can’t forget about Ernesto, he was great help.

The pool view rooms are right in front of pools so when you open the door to leave your room everyone can see in your room. Had to have windows closed 24/7. People playing loud music at the pool. And the grasshoppers lol but that’s a me problem.

We were on our way from Orlando to Key West and stayed overnight in this hotel. We booked this hotel a day before arrival. We arrived in the evening, the receptionist was very friendly. He warned us for possible inconvenience in the room because of a tornado that visited Ft. Myers 3 days before. The rooms apparently went wet by possible waterflood out of the bathrooms and could possibly smell bad. If that would be the case, he would be gladly book us another room. But no need to, all was fine. The minibar didn't work, that was a bit of a problem for us, because we had some groceries with us to be cooled. Our receptionist again offered us another room but for only one night we asked if we could use the staff's-fridge. That was not a problem. The pool was great and there is also a hottub. Breakfast was also okay! The night of arrival we went for dinner at Dixies by car a ride of approx. 5 km, a nice bar/restaurant along the coast. Nice cocktails and seafood..yummie :-)! For travellers by car a very good hotel to stay for a few nights. We definitely would have stayed longer but we already had booked other hotels for our journey.

Staff were extremely friendly. Pool and hot tub were kept clean and a good temperature. Breakfast buffet was fairly generous. Excellent value for money.

As a non-American I didn't expect the hotel to be off a main road, my room in particular was ground floor facing the car park. A little more privacy amd better bedroom lighting would be better but otherwise really good value for money.

My room was wonderful, other than I’m 5’2” and getting into my bed was an extreme challenge due to its height. The pool area was beautiful and well kept with what appeared to be new seating and tables. The hideabed needs to be replaced as it sags.

Height of bed. Sofa/hide away bed sags and was uncomfortable. I didn’t like that I had to take my dog, who must be with me at all times due to my breathing issues, all the way to the front road of the facility to potty.
