I was warmly welcomed at the front desk and checked in right on time with no delays. The room was very clean and housekeeping came every day — big plus for that! I really enjoyed the pool — it’s open from morning until 10 PM, always clean, and never crowded. I usually went there around 9 AM or 9 PM and there were never more than 5–7 people. There’s also a jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The room had a coffee machine with fresh coffee every day, plus tea and decaf coffee. Breakfast was nice too — eggs, sausages or patties, and delicious waffles. The air conditioner in the room was very quiet and kept the perfect temperature all the time — that made my stay even more comfortable. After 10 PM the hotel is quiet — no loud parties or noisy guests. The room had a TV, but I couldn’t get my phone to share videos even though there were instructions (and I know how to do it). So I just watched Netflix instead — not a big deal! Wi-Fi is available — not super fast, but honestly really good for a hotel. There’s also free parking, and I never had trouble finding a spot. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness, peace, and good service! 😊

Breakfast was pretty standard for this type of hotel, and was good, with very pleasant seating area. Rooms were very clean, bed comfortable. The location for my trip was perfect, as it was very easy access to the beach. We wound up arriving way earlier than planned, and the front desk clerk worked with us to get us in the room hours early, and at a decent rate. Didn't use the pool (too busy at the beach!) but it did look very nice.

Water temperature in shower couldn't be adjusted-it just came out the same temperature, regardless of how you tried to change it. Fortunately, it was a nice and hot. For someone that was trying to shower a child, it might have been a little too hot.

This is the third time that I have stayed here and I will again.

Hurricane Helene blew through whilst I was there. The power went out around 3pm in the afternoon and was still unavailable 24 hours later. This was most inconvenient! However, this was not the fault of the hotel and the staff. The power company informed them that they had other priorities elsewhere in life threatening circumstances before they would restore power to the hotel. I checked out a day early and found alternative accommodation. Within days a refund for a day was credited to my bank account.

We were on our way from Orlando to Key West and stayed overnight in this hotel. We booked this hotel a day before arrival. We arrived in the evening, the receptionist was very friendly. He warned us for possible inconvenience in the room because of a tornado that visited Ft. Myers 3 days before. The rooms apparently went wet by possible waterflood out of the bathrooms and could possibly smell bad. If that would be the case, he would be gladly book us another room. But no need to, all was fine. The minibar didn't work, that was a bit of a problem for us, because we had some groceries with us to be cooled. Our receptionist again offered us another room but for only one night we asked if we could use the staff's-fridge. That was not a problem. The pool was great and there is also a hottub. Breakfast was also okay! The night of arrival we went for dinner at Dixies by car a ride of approx. 5 km, a nice bar/restaurant along the coast. Nice cocktails and seafood..yummie :-)! For travellers by car a very good hotel to stay for a few nights. We definitely would have stayed longer but we already had booked other hotels for our journey.

Staff were extremely friendly. Pool and hot tub were kept clean and a good temperature. Breakfast buffet was fairly generous. Excellent value for money.

As a non-American I didn't expect the hotel to be off a main road, my room in particular was ground floor facing the car park. A little more privacy amd better bedroom lighting would be better but otherwise really good value for money.

My room was wonderful, other than I’m 5’2” and getting into my bed was an extreme challenge due to its height. The pool area was beautiful and well kept with what appeared to be new seating and tables. The hideabed needs to be replaced as it sags.

Height of bed. Sofa/hide away bed sags and was uncomfortable. I didn’t like that I had to take my dog, who must be with me at all times due to my breathing issues, all the way to the front road of the facility to potty.

The property is very nice with a big pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was closed down due to the hurricane but we still enjoyed our stay and the pool. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. We did have to change rooms the A/C wasn’t working properly but we were given a late check out. I have stayed many times and staff are always polite and friendly. I will definitely keep coming back! Plus free breakfast!

The room was spacious enough and clean. The breakfast was basic but adequate. The pool is large and suitable for swimming unlike many other hotels where the pools are too small. The location is good for easy access to Sanibel and Captiva. This was my second visit and I will return.

Whilst I realise that after the devastation of the Hurricane 12 months earlier there are challenges that remain. There is a need to install lighting around the pool area. The pool closes at dusk. The evenings in Florida are frequently very warm and the early closure of the pool and its facilities is annoying. Adequate lighting would allow guests to relax there for longer.

Our room was very spacious, but the lighting in the room was poor, we had to move the lamp to the other side of the room to find stuff in our suitcase. The bathroom was also large but could have used a counter to place shaving and make up stuff, a nice shelf or bench would have finished it off perfect.

The pool was warm and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was good and so was the coffee. Friendly staff very up beat and very clean facility

The pool could have been cleaner; meaning they could have skimmed the bugs but it wasn't that big of a deal. Also, the maids did not know English very well and almost walked in on me changing after I had asked for them to come back.
