The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor seating area and kayaks/paddleboards. They also had bikes to use but we did not need to use them, but nice option. Breakfast snacks and drinks were a nice bonus. The beach was only 2 miles away and there was beach access right when we reached the beach. Although there is still obvious damage from hurricane IAN, we found food trucks and live music.

My biggest complaint was the blowdryer. At first I thought it was a joke. The blow dryer they provided was simply a toy fan. I have stayed in many places and that was a first. When I asked the attendant for a different blow dryer she simply agreed the blowdryer was useless and no they did not have another option. She tried to make me feel better by saying my hair looked great, as I stood there with wet hair and no other options. The breakfast was only snack food (packaged muffins, individual box cereal, yogurt, pudding, cottage cheese, boxed OJ, coffee and hot tea, oranges and bannanas) The Resort is on a busy road and you can hear the cars go by. I don't mind the hum of the cars but others might want to be aware. The noise of the cars is out of the Resorts control.

So this is more of a hotel I would not compare it to a fancy resort by any means but they have made it look super cute. They have great amenities, kayaks and nice fishing docks. They enclosed the pool with plenty of palm trees and have a really nice set up in the pool area with a nice heated pool. The hotel room was very basic, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly. The only complaint I have is they frosted out the windows to cover up the road, but I would prefer to see the sky above the road and have more natural light than the peeling back frosted windows. Everything else was great. Quick drive to the beach and plenty of what you need within two miles.

Location on San Carlos Blvd is perfect. Parking is free, enough space for all guests. Very nice garden to relax in the shade. Nice deck chairs on the canal with a view at boats. The tiny reception lady was super friendly and did a perfect job. She moved us even twice: Firstly into our preferred room #108. Unfortunately there the toilet sink wouldn't flush so she moved us a second time. We were treated very well, we liked the new room and will surely come again.

The breakfast is environmentally bad and unhealthy. Every single item is separately packed in plastic exept the bananas. Tons of waste are produced here. No toast and no toaster for our own bread.

The pool was very nice. The available kayaks were nice as well as the fire pits. I was disappointed that the continental breakfast AND coffee did not start until 830 am. That is way too late for coffee to be available. Coffe at 7 am, the rest at 730 would be ideal. Also, our room #9 was very close to the highway. It was a noisy room. Other rooms farther down the building might be a little quieter. However, the staff was very sweet. We were allowed early check in! Best of all I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

We stayed at the Waterfront property in a House Boat! Its decorations were cute and everything functioned well. It was adorable. The only disappointing things was I expected a two bedroom but the house boat was like a tiny home on water and the second bedroom was really a loft with two mattresses on the floor. Since we were two older couples we didn't use the loft (great for teens and under) and one couple slept on each of the futons. Overall it was fine, I just didnt realize that's what we were getting. It's really cute though!

The second bedroom was a loft and would be dangerous going down to use the restroom at night.

Good location close to Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach. Room was good size, breakfast was good. Shower with good pressure and very hot water. Roku TV with multiple apps. Kitchenette with appliances. There was kayaking and bike available free to use. Housekeeping very helpful.

Curtains in all windows too small to cover the whole window. The bedroom facing the front had a 6-in gap when you pull the curtains - needs to be fixed.

We booked the room with a marina view. Much to our surprise, we got our own little tiki cottage. So cute

We were a little confused on where to go when we first got there, but we found the little outside office and could get some help. I think a little heads up about the cottage being separate would have made it easier to locate.

Room had everything I needed/ expected/ as description on website. Lots of outdoor seating options, including multiple fire pits. Well maintained and clean grounds. Conveniently located next to a bar and grill. I enjoyed my morning coffee waterside, so tranquil. Definitely more than expected for the price! Highly recommend Latitude 26.

There is not much available in the area. This property has nice places to sit in the sun and gives an old-time feel of Florida. The room is modest, but has the feeling that there is attention to the atmosphere. there is a lot of space in the room and the bed was comfortable. As a solo traveler, I really appreciate nice people to talk to. The breakfast was served outside on a patio that felt like a family barbecue.

Right on San Carlos Blvd. the noise wasn’t really that bad except a few busy hours. After the hurricane, this property is recovering nicely, but the room furniture is dated, and the flooring feels not updated. it feels like a genuine beach motel from the 60s or 70s.

The property was great located close to Fort Myers Beach

The only problem I had with the room as the towel holder by the shower, fell off the wall and the towel by the sink fell off a couple of times. I tried to put it back on the last time and got cut was bleeding for a little while. I told the guest services about it.
