Very well maintained and clean. I liked the elevator because there’s three floors

The bar was awesome. I love it live bands, and everything but way too many smokers. I think it would be nice to even have a designated area outside for smokers and maybe let people do vaping at the bar itself. There’s two decent size bars. Maybe the real large bar could be for smokers and the smaller bar toward the street could be for non-smokers just to kind of divide it to be fair There’s really nowhere to get away from it when you’re a non-smoker and I believe there’s more non-smoker than smokers these days. Especially when you’re serving food people don’t want to smell cigarette smoke while they’re eating.

Clean rooms, onsite amenities and courteous staff. We had the pleasure of staying in one of the newly updated rooms. The room had (2) mini split ac systems that kept the room cool on a hot sunny day in August. All of the fir and finish in the room was top notch. It turned me un directions for renovation ideas I had never thought about in my own home. The room had a fan, whish was crucial, that was whisper quiet and effective at moving air making us run the air hotter than usual. Security was pleasant and helpful.

Nothing.

It isn't the resort fault. However, there was nothing on booking about the resort still being under construction from the hurricane. The elevators were not working, and all the rooms were on the upper floors. Thankfully, the first desk clerk was able to get us on the 2nd floor. Which was amazing, especially being I was traveling with my 73 year old mother and 5 year old daughter. The location was beautiful. And despite the construction, the rooms and resort were still very clean.

One stop shopping! Everything you need to enjoy is right on premises, lodging, food drink, entertainment, pool, within walking distance 1 block to beach ! Been staying here since2018

I’m in love with the original rooms, I don’t care for the “newly built and updated” rooms! Get more for your money in the older , nicer, cozier, and customer friendly kitchenette rooms.

I loved the location of this property and the staff on the property were all fun and made you feel very welcome! The property is Nestled in between everything, the beach, the back bay, and all the North End bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back!

The property is dated but it is under a renovation and the new renovations look beautiful. We stayed in one of the older rooms and it is in need of some love, but it was comfy and the location is perfect.

The staff went above and beyond, they are hard working and super busy and yet still made the time to chat and help with our questions of the local area and activities. We were late arrivals and made an exception to deliver room service after hours, as our 12 year old hadn’t eaten since lunch because of travel. Could not thank them more.

We loved this place, we had a deluxe junior suite with a balcony overlooking the pool with a waterfall! They have a nice huge tiki bar and are a 5 minute walk to Margaritaville! Many nice restaurants and bars all within walking distance.

My TV only got about 5 channels with sound, and another 5 or 6 with no sound. Need better provider.

Location

I requested a room with a walking shower, I even called the hotel and asked what kind of room they were given us the assured me that the room had a walking shower being that my husband was handicapped. When we got there the room had a tub.

Our reservation was made a few weeks in advance of our stay. Unfortunately a hurricane was forecast and it became apparent that the lighthouse was in the area with probability of getting hit. They were kind enough to call me two days before the hurricane and let me know they needed to cancel my reservation, it was past the time of getting my full refund, but because they cancelled it with Booking.con as well there was no problems. Unfortunately Fory Myers Beach took a big hit and the Lighthouse was impacted and under water. I will stay there am when they are able to open again. Their being on top of the reservations kept me from the stress of having an open reservation that I had already paid for. They are good people!

Location is a short walk to the beach. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Free Parking under the building was great for shade. Great place for biking around too. Everything is really within a mile.

The location of our room was above the tiki bar and karaoke night on Friday got a little too loud. Ear plugs are definitely recommended if you’re a light sleeper. Also, it would be great if they would designate one of the pools as adults only. Relaxing at the pool with a good book is hard to do with a lot of kids running and jumping into the pool. There’s also a ton of construction going on for a new resort across the road that didn’t bother us but might impact others.
