The location is wonderful, close to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The decor is very cute. The staff is wonderful. Small property, but that is what we prefer. There are complimentary bikes and kayaks. On the water with a nice view. Parking is tight, but there is overflow parking not far away. We chose an upgraded first floor room with a view, which we recommend.

The pool is more of a large oversized hot tub. You climb a small ladder to get in and out, which might be difficult for some. Small item as we take our own, but it would be nice to have a USB plug for charging.

It's very close to bonita beach - easy bike ride and they have bikes to use free if charge. They also have kayaks to use. Breakfast is mostly prepackaged food with yogurt and some fruit. Staff is super friendly.

The decor is beachy rustic. I've stayed here twice and the bed in room 9 is much better than room 4. Both bathrooms are functional but the showers need some attention. I wouldn't be surprised if they have some water damage. Also you need to upload your driver's license to get access to the room

Loved the property and the waterfront. Good continental breakfast served on the waterside deck. People were friendly. Next door to the Fish Shack with really good food. Not far to the beach...need a car. Room was cute/retro and good sized but pretty bare bones.

Walls were paper thin. We could hear other guests snoring clearly all night. We were in Room 2 which is close to the very busy Bonita Beach Rd and we heard traffic all the time. Parking with our Ford truck was manageable but having to back out onto the busy road was a challenge.

Our room was so cute and nice. Very clean and cutely decorated. The outdoor common areas were very nice. Plenty of space out on the deck to relax and watch the boats go by the canal. The amenities like the free kayaks and bikes are great! And the hot tub/pool on the deck was the cherry on top. We will be back!!

My only suggestion would be to have a more comfortable bed. The linens were great! Really cute! But the mattress was about a 6/10. And I stubbed my toes several times when walking around the frame.

The Resort is a self check in place. We had some misunderstandings about the equipment of the kitchenette but the host upgraded our room and provided us a stove oven, which made our stay unforgettable. The hot tub and the waterfront view pays off. The beach is about 1 mile away. Parking wasn’t an issue for us. We were lucky to see dolphins right in front of our resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend the place.

It was clean, very simple and nice. Since it was a self check in, I never spoke to any of the staff in person. It was only through text and they were very accommodating to my date change. The bed was super comfortable and loved that it was a King. Loved that they were dishes like plates and silverware available.

The parking lot is so small and hard to back up out of if you don’t have a sedan. I stayed in room 2 and the toilet was wobbly. Seemed like it wasn’t attached properly. Also the stones on the shower floor and not comfortable for anything but a quick shower. The walls are very thin and could hear the conversation from the neighbor.

The hot tub is not hot. Although the mattress is king size, it is overly soft and sinks when you lie on it.

Staff greeted and made us feel at home the second we step foot on the beautiful property. Actually they were helpful even before we arrived to the property. I had phone trouble and couldn’t get my info needed to check in when I landed at the air port. I was worried I’d have trouble checking in since it was a self check in property. I arrived several hours early was exhausted and surly didn’t think early check was even a possibility since I had no confirmation of my booking and couldn’t get to my phone to retrieve my room entrance code. I called the hotels main line and was nervous because no one answered but instantly received a text and staff helped me immediately. I prefer text so this made it so much easier for me. They were able to set me up for early check in and send all my info needed to get into the room to the new number I was using. What a relief! I check in early with zero problems. Again staff greeted the moment we stepped foot on the property Amenities was a huge bonus! We loved the kayaks, hot tub, breakfast, shower , room location and staff! AJ is a doll!!I will totally be back next year I miss it already. Better than home away from home!!

If I could have stayed longer but vaca was over and I had to go home. I have nothing to say bad about the property or staff. I wish I had more time to stay longer, it was amazing and way more than expected and bargained for!

The room decoration is beautiful. The patio and deck were awesome. There were kayaks available, plenty of seats with tables. This place is not only great, it was an adventure

The jacoozi jets could function a little better and had no lights for the evening. The gas fireplace on the deck was not functioning. overall, it was great

We loved the location and that everything was very clean . Also that they have bicycles , kayaks free to use. The whirlpool with the beautiful view . The staff is amazing!!! very friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back next year!!! The fisch restaurant next door is very good .
