View is great Nice pool area Lanai was really not completely renovate, as the paint on lanai floor was all coming up, and needs serious resurfacing AC unit leaked from ceiling to floor moderately WI-FI passcodes never worked

Amazing staff, BEAUTIFUL views, cozy furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, lovely pool and allover great experience. Special props to Rae and Maisie at the front desk for their helpfulness and friendliness! * We booked a regular room and were so thrilled to receive a room with spectacular views on the sixth floor. :) * We asked and received permission to check out a bit later on our final day -- thank you so much for your flexibility!

We did like that it was out of the way of the business of the beach areas. The room was perfect for our needs. We loved the balcony. Nice to have a fridge and freezer. Parking was easy. The pool was nice and the restaurant next door had to-go offerings, including drinks you could bring to the pool. We were around 5 miles from a few different beach access parking lots to Bonita Beach, which was beautiful. Parking was inexpensive, but not many spots. Plan to drive around a bit waiting on a spot to open or get their early. Pack a lunch/drinks for the beach, not much around to get and once you get a parking spot, you don't want to leave. We tried to park closer to Doc's Beach House, you can order food/drinks and even water sports.

Construction was still ongoing, but we knew that going in, was not too back. On some of the descriptions it says that it is beach front, it is waterfront, but not really a beach. There is an area you can walk to with a sandy beach on the property. It was fun to sit there and have the kids play in the water.

Check in was a breeze. 10th floor unit was updated, comfortable, great views & quiet. L.. and big!! Pool & hot tub clean & fabulous. Flippers, the restaurant next door was very good with excellent views & service! The location was 1 mile from entrance the the state park and only 10 minutes from groceries & the action of Fort Meyers Beach.

The first unit they gave us #201 was a dive... uhgg

It was a great location - close to Lover's Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach. Room was newly remodeled and very clean. It was also quiet even though construction was going on in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool was closed our entire visit because of a broken part which they did not get in while we were there. Also, construction workers locked us out of our room, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Love everything and was so happy to be one of the first guests after their reopen for hurricane Ian. Glad to see everything coming back to life. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We met the owners of our condo while we were there. They were great and made sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. Would love to visit again!

The only thing about our visit we didn't care for were the no-seeums. But other than that we have absolutely no complaints.

There is still quite a bit of construction in the area, but the resort was lovely and Flippers, which is an amazing restaurant, is right there! The hot tub was open most days we were there, the pool is open and you are right on the ocean! Great balcony view of beautiful water!

The front desk isn't always staffed, but once you figure out the hours, all is well. They were super accommodating.

Excellent accommodations, awesome pool, and next door to restaurant. Watching activity in the bay from the patio every day was a bonus!

Not really walkable to any big beach area currently with the bridge work. You can walk over the bridge to the beach but that is quite a hike for some.

Place was awesome we have a great experience.

They need at least have 1 person on the lobby. In 4 days never see anyone. They never even take the trash out. They didn't give me the sheets for the bed sofa I have to catch a housekeeper on the hall for her to give 1 only sheet she state I wasn't on the list for them so I have to undress the bed for my son to have and extra sheets that's unexcusable.

The location was beautiful and the ocean was right there. Everything was clean and fresh.I appreciated the list of other close by restaurants.

The safety handle was only on oneside of the deep spa tub. For a short person to get to the shower I had to climb in on the opposite side and walk around to the shower.
