Super friendly and helpful staff especially the ladies on the front desk and the manager gentleman. Nothing too much trouble, really went above and beyond for us. Especially my aunt who stayed a couple of nights as she is going through a really tough time. She was so grateful for your kindness. Room was large, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook or order in, including full size fridge and dishwasher. Pool was lovely and clean. Great location, free parking, laundry and great free coffee in the lobby was a perk!

We booked a twin as I was staying with my mum however booking.com had not confirmed this with the hotel and we had been allocated a single. Fortunately there was another room available and they were super helpful in organising a swap at no extra charge.

The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed having a kitchenette. The room was very spacious. The front desk people were the best.

I loved everything in the hotel. There is not a thing I can list that I didn't like it. I was going to stay there only for one night I ended up staying 5 nights.

Conditions. It is old and room was smelly when we entered. The button to call the elevator from my floor to go down does not work. One of the rooms had problems with TV although the staff came and fixed the problem immediately. The creamer packets in the room were old and had bad taste.

I like the hotel because I was able to prepare my own food as I'm not a lover of takeaway every day

The location was away from even a local store in which I could walk to as I don't drive and rely on my partner to do all the shopping or take me shopping

I was pleasantly surprised at the great staff from the desk to the cleaners. The room was clean and well supplied. I also was happy to find a full stove and utensils for cooking. . Business center with computer, workout room. And the snacks were open 24/7 and good prices.

easily accessible right off of I-75. Very spacious room complete with a full kitchen and full size refrigerator. large and clean bathroom amd a comfortable bed. Slept all night long. very quiet. Overall very nice property and friendly staff. Will definitely return when in the area.

They don’t offer any free breakfast nor coffee You have to make your own inside your room.

This property was great! Extremely clean and great staff. Building is a little old but don’t think that made a huge difference. I stayed for two weeks and was very comfortable. Would recommend!

Gym was small and some equipment was broken.

Booking.com canceled our 3 day stay in key west because ,margaritaville says we upgraded the room, therefore we had no room and moved us to a different downgraded place after lieing to us that it was an even higher priced suite. The tv didn’t even work for Super Bowl . Both booking. Com and margaritaville is a zero
