I think the property is nice and it has a pool. The air conditioning was good and room was clean. The property seems to be a hit understaffed. They should have more attendants for check in and questions. The facilities were a little dated but in good shape.

There was too much mingling with the people with the drink tickets and people that did not want to be around that. They should have a separate lounge for those who want to partake. The lobby has too many families. Most of the people who were drinking could be found next to front door smoking. That was not great.

Outstanding staff that act like your family or friendly neighbors; they are helpful, engaging and all pitch in to hotel work regardless of what it is. Amazing meals (breakfast and dinner) and nice pool amenities. Was placed in a room at the end of the 2nd floor and it was incredibly quiet, yet easy and quick to access the hotel's major areas. Room and entire hotel was very clean inside and out. Also likes the popcorn and soda pop station being open from late afternoon into the early evening. Location is close to I-75 and major shopping centers, and also about 5ish minutes away from the airport entrance.

My only desire would have been for a firmer mattress; that is probably more to one's tastes than not but I thought ours was thin and somewhat bumpy.

We love everything about this location. We were celebrating our anniversary, and Lisa from the front desk sent us up a few treats to snack on and some water with a handwritten note. We really appreciate the thoughtful gesture. Linda, in housekeeping, was very pleasant also.

This place is always immaculate. However, the bathroom by the pool was not clean at all. There was toilet paper all over the floor, and it smelled.

We were totally surprised by the free drinks and dinner. I don’t think we’ve been to a hotel like that. My daughter loves stopping for the popcorn before heading out. The location is great, your about 20 minutes from everything in multiple directions which was nice to keep the kids busy. Check in staff was great because we had specials requests and it was Christmas Eve. The staff let my daughter throw her “reindeer food “ by the door so Santa could find us.

The check out staff was rude when I was confirming that we would not be double charged. She seemed pissed off that I booked through a 3rd party site and didn’t want to look up my room charges because of that. We would of liked to have a bathtub for the kids, but it’s not the end of the world. The road to get out of the hotel is awful with the double lanes of traffic

Our flight was delayed one day due to mechanical failure. We were lucky to find this hotel nearby. We secured the room easily, were picked up by a free shuttle immediately and in 15 minutes were checked into our room. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was perfectly clean, quiet, and updated. We were offered three free drinks per guest and a free array of appetizers. There were many restaurants within walking distance. At 4:00 AM the following morning, a free shuttle brought us back to the airport. We were very lucky to find this hotel in our emergency situation. They made a difficult day much better for us! Thank you.

The hotel met all of our expectations! It is situated in a mall so it wouldn't be somewhere I would stay on vacation but it is the perfect place to stay when you need to be near the airport or are on business.

We loved everything about the hotel and all of the amenities. The only issue was that I booked a handicap accessible room and when we arrived our room wasn’t quite ready so we got another room. The toilet and shower really needed grab bars. It was difficult for my sister-in-law to use them, as she has hip issues. I thought the beds were too soft and not quite a true queen size. However, overall two thumbs up!

I did a staycation with my daughter for her birthday here. I asked if they could put a note or a little something in the room for her to see when she walked in. They went above and beyond, with a hand, written note inside a birthday card, and a bag of snacks and candy for her. Between the pool, spa, happy hour snack bar, and a delicious hot breakfast, my daughter had the time of her life! I very much enjoyed my stay as well. I definitely recommend staying here.

The staff was AMAZING! The room was clean, comfortable and ready upon arrival. Great location with free parking, shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. The amenities were also impressive; nice gym, pool, free breakfast, coffee 24/7, a free light dinner/snacks, two happy hour drinks each evening and fresh popcorn.... I will absolutely book here again. A+

I spent 8 days around Cape Coral picking different hotels daily! So far Drury had the most amazing front Desk. Super welcoming and friendly! The room had great sheets and pillows. The shampoo made my hair so shiny. Also the pool and the super hot Jacuzzi…Perfection! Not enough it sits next to so many restaurants. Panera bread is just steps away!!

Everything! Can’t wait to go back!
