I have been a guest multiple times over the last 10 years. They are repairing damages made by .multiple hurricanes. They are coordinating FEMA red tape and insurance red tape. I have some restrictions involving walking, and without hesitation they fixed a room early for me. So I got a freshly remodeled main floor room. Very clean, new mattresses, plenty of hot showers/water. Large fluffy towels also. The hotel is adjacent to a Racetrack convenience Store/gas station with competitive prices. My tv malfunctioned the first afternoon and the hotel maintenance manager, personally replaced the tv and cable box in less than 10 minutes. The pool was clean but not in use due to the cold front and rain. I have swum in the pool many times. I'm a former Hotel lifeguard and pool maintenance tech for a hotel I worked at, while in collge. I have worked as a lifeguard, swim instructor, switch board operator, general maintenance custodian, hotel security, so I'm familiar with most of the facets in hotel hospitality. Front desk person was hospitable and made me feel important. and welcome. Quick efficient check in and escort to my room. Plenty of towels, shampoo, and lotion, as I said unlimited hot water for showering.

A couple of teenage girls standing outside of my room at 3am, loudly discussing someones anatomy, and athletic performance. (I was trying to sleep).' They were rude teenagers.

Location was good- bus station and the free trolley station is in front of the hotel. Walkable to an IHOP and a fantastic Mexican restaurant. Views from the balcony are amazing. Enjoyed coffee watching the sunrise and we even saw dolphins in the river from the balcony. Loved the pool area! Breakfast was delicious and filling.

It was a nice room and clean. Didn't like where it was too much, but everything was good, and the beds were nice. But the people were nice and everything was good.

Just where it is at makes it look a little bad.

Staff/ housekeepers were very friendly

The rooms were just right and very comfortable. The location of the place made it easy to walk to dinners as well the convenient store.

It hasn't been the first time I've been to that hotel. It has an excellent service and the attention everything in general fascinates me I love it and I will always return.

I haven't had any bad experiences so I can't say anything bad about the hotel

Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was clean. The wood floor however got our feet a bit dirty, could use a better cleaning, but over all it was very nice

Clean, comfortable, a nice big room and no bugs, which for FL is nearly impossible! Couldn't be happier.
