I always love staying at Hampton Inns. They are consistently strong on comfort, cleanliness, service, and environment. This Hampton Inn maintained that high level of excellence.

Nothing really. Above, 'coffee' was asked about. Although this is a minor point, the coffee could have been better. A variety of coffee was offered, but it just didn't taste very good. Also 'Coffee Mate' creamer is not good quality. Please offer creme, half & half, etc. for adding to coffee. Milk was available (for cereal) so I used that.

Only spent the night but very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows ,very clean rooms and a nice Free breakfast in the morning.

I booked it thru Booking .com, and they overbooked my room after trying to connect to booking .com by myself and the hotel, they were not helpful at all. Make sure you pre check with the hotel itself if you are booking thru a third party. I did get a room after sitting in the lobby for 30 min.after trying to check in .

The staff was very friendly & efficient not to mention accommodating. The room& bathe were not only clean but very nice ! Breakfast was great and the dining room was also very nice. All in all A1 rating. I would stay there again ,location was great.

The breakfast was very good snd healthy

My husband forgot his expensive T shirt and nobody called us to tell that. When we were already home , then we saw that the shirt was missing. We called the hotel to ask and they told us to call tomorrow. I’m anxious to know the result

Very much appreciated, I had to arrive at 11 AM due to the tropical storm the day before, transportation was not easy, and the room was ready, manager very personable, location to courts in Ft. Myers was around the corner, unexpected. Super stay.

Breakfast was simple but whatever they offered was in a good condition, including fruits. Lady in the front desk was super supportive and helpful.

Pool was empty at maintenance.

Hotel was comfortable and design very modern and spacious.

Complimentary breakfast was not great. Coffee was bad and selection of food not great. However, there was fresh fruit both whole and cut-up available.

I loved my stay here my room had a wonderful view large TV large comfy bed there was a fridge and microwave plus free yummy breakfast very nice staff

The only thing I didn't like was I couldn't walk to downtown

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good. Reception staff were really friendly.

It would be great if they could offer a greater variety of healthy options for breakfast. Apart from that all good.

Great stay in a brand new hotel. Excellent attention to details such as having refuse bags for my dog in a dog walk. Probably a bit expensive because of the holiday. But would expect it to be in the $120-150 a night normally. Best offer in downtown Ft Myers.
