It was so clean and beautiful!! Great location Amenities were so nice

The staff at the bars were very rude. The tabs are by last name and room number. We wanted to close our tab and the bar tenders were so condescending and rude. They said it just closes at the end of the night. 20% gratuity is added on to every drink. They don’t have to work for their tips so they just ate so ignorant. I like a receipt and close. One point the bartender said name. I gave my last name and then he said a first name that wasn’t mine! Oh there is a lot of your last name here! I was like are you sure you aren’t letting others use my tab. Everyone can hear you say room and name. They need better controls and maybe work for their tips and won’t be such jerks.

Everything was great. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. They gave me great recommendations on places to visit and things to do. I never came across one rude employee, I was honestly shocked:) That never happens anywhere!

I wish the room had a bigger fridge, it was smaller than normal mini fridges in other hotels. We couldnt even fit the hotels to go box in it. I also wish the room had a microwave.

The resort was wonderful. Friendly staff, and so much thought was put into every detail. Location was nice, with many shops and bars within walking distance. The lobby shop and waiting area were nice to have. Tara at the margaritaville resort shop was very sweet. Hope to return. A truly beautiful resort.

Housekeeping came once during a six day stay. Had to hunt them down for towels and toilet paper. Paid extra for late checkout and two staff members barged into the room asking when we were leaving (well before our checkout time). Paid extra money to be pressured in to leaving the room early. Waste of money.

I loved the valet parking. The bell hop was very convenient and made checking in and out for us ladies no struggle. The balcony was lovely and the view was awesome. We could see the neighboring restaurants, the bridge, the strip, and the ocean. The staff was very friendly. Drinks were great from 5 o'clock somewhere. The coffee was great from the cafe. The beach access was great. The pool looks like fun. The food service on the beach was great from the restaurant. The SPA gets a 12 out of 10. I can go back just for daily spa massages and treatments.

I didn't like that we had to go so soon 😆. Also you have to book the spa in advance before arrival to guarantee your choice of treatment at your preferred time. Their slots fill quick. The tubs need a mat or some kind of grip to prevent slipping when getting out. The towel given for the outside of the tub doesn't stop your foot thats still in the tub from slipping. The noise from traffic can be a little annoying at night and first thing in the morning. We were facing the intersection at the bottom of bridge.

I loved the decor and the vivid colors of the resort and guest rooms. The hotel staff was very welcoming...they offered us complimentary margaritas at check-in! I liked that the hotel is only has four floors unlike some other resorts and we were given our room keys to be worn as bracelets. Very practical! Overall, our first time at the resort was very pleasant!

During our two night stay, we had no working cable on the second day. Even after we complained, it went unresolved. We also didn't like that anyone not staying at the resort could walk onto the sunset deck from off the street. If guests are expected to pay a resort fee of $39 per day, then the resort should not allow the public to share their facilities at no charge.

My fiance and I loved everything...very clean and accommodating. We loved Tina at JWB grill. Very nice and informative. Shoobert at the license to chill bar was amazing and very friendly. We absolutely ADORED Cindy at the Fins up beach club by the pool. She made us feel like family, knee our names, was very informative....just a REALLY REALLY nice woman. The best server we ever had ANYWHERE. To Cindy, YOURE THE BEST AND CAN'T WAIT TO VOME SER YOU AGAIN...THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.....from Brian and Jackie

The automatic gratuity put on the bill. Got lost a couple of times....probably needed a map to navigate the place

Lovely décoration, feeling in the mood of sun vacation as we arrived. The hotel is new, cleaned.new modern shower. Large pool and on the beach. Food at the pool was ok, food at the jwb grill was delicious a s what a view.

- front desk a bit cold - i had to double check my bill, i had already paid booking and this was not reflected on the invoice. The hotel corrected the mistake quickly - music too loud at the pool, we could do with no music in the morning - coffee machine the room could be upgraded

Gorgeous like new property right on the beach by the Fort Myers bridge. The property is so well maintained. Facilities are gorgeous. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Our room was direct ocean front in building 2 next to the pool. Was a stunning view and was a lovely upgrade that we didn’t expect. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. The pool is so much fun and lively. Great DJ who plays games in the pool. Really great drinks and food at the pool bar appropriately named It’s 5 o’clock somewhere. Don’t listen to reviews about people using the pool on a day pass. The pool is so enormous and has so many chairs and so much staff. It makes for a great experience. There is no downside here.

There wasn’t anything. They did an excellent job.

The property is bright and clean. Most staff were amazing and worked hard to maintain the island vibe. The welcome drinks were delicious and strong. The pool area was amazing and it was very easy to go back and forth from the beach to the pool. Cindy, Emily, and Jeff at the Fins Up Beach Club were amazing servers who would not let you lift a finger. Their service was top notch.

I didn’t like that Liz at the Fins Up beach club was a towel bully. When guests are spending what they are to eat, drink, and stay we should not worry that Liz won’t allow us to take more than one towel.

The hotel was clean and new. Great setup to have the pool over by the ocean and the hotel portion on the other side of the road (they had a sky bridge). Food was good but there were NO specials, even for the first annual Jimmy Buffet annual weekend. That was disappointing.

The 5 o'clock somewhere bar by the pool automatically adds a 20% gratuity to the bill. The first day we were there, we had horrible service from the pool waitress and she was always by the bar talking to the bartenders. We ended up going to the other side of the bar and buying our drinks ourselves. The next few days were better because we had Melissa, who was awesome. This is the bad part about automatic gratuity, they don't have to earn it. Also, valet parking is mandatory if you have your car. That adds another $37 to your bill, per night. It might be posted somewhere, but we were not expecting that charge and mandatory valet.
