The hotel lobby was magnificent, and the rooms were lovely. The pool and water activities kept the children entertained all weekend, and the cool water temp of the pool was VERY refreshing on the 100+ degree days. The staff were all friendly and did their jobs well and with a smile on their faces.

The pillows! We ordered more to the room, and still had to double and triple them up to get a decent night sleep. The pool areas were not cleaned when we went to get chairs at 8am, which probably explains why the bird population is so high.

Beautiful property with lovely water fountains and pools. All the amenities one could ask for. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The only restaurants we ate at for our two night stay was Mangroves bar. Our waitress was excellent and made food recommendations that didn’t disappoint. We also ordered poolside for our lunch. All staff we very friendly to interact with. Complimentary face painting and character balloons was a big hit one night for my grandson. The water park was so much fun even for grandma and the self service towels an excellent idea. I will definitely return to this property with my family again soon.

Absolutely nothing.

The rooms were fantastic, providing a perfect setting for my daughter's 8th birthday celebration. I had planned a special night for her and a few of her friends, and I requested a joint room. The girls had an absolute blast, creating unforgettable memories. The facilities and amenities exceeded our expectations, especially for the kids, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that truly enhanced the celebration.

Open and relaxing spaces. Pools and water slides were a hit with the family! Front desk staff, especially Ursula, was very helpful and friendly!

Would be nice to see them expand on pet area options. Dog friendly, however not many areas to take your pet. They allowed our pug outside on the patio of a restaurant one morning the next morning they advised it was not allowed (and employee / host was NOT pleasant or friendly and would score very low on a customer satisfaction survey). Thanks!

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The children enjoyed the various pools and loved the outdoor lawn area. Breakfast buffet was delicious, we loved the omelette station and variety of fruits offered.

Our only disappointment was the boat launch to the beach. We did not realize you need a reservation to ride. The children were crying after walking down and we were told the boats were full for the whole day. Signage would be extremely helpful in addition to the boat times informing guests to please reserve a seat.

Front desk was amazing. We booked the night hoping to have some time by ourselves for our 10 year wedding anniversary but also enjoy some time there later in the day with the kids after school. We initially came in very upset over the fact that the pool we booked the hotel for was closed but the front desk attendant who checked us in upgraded us to a suite that made us feel like we were on the anniversary of a lifetime! We still brought the kids over later and they thoroughly enjoyed the lazy River even though the adventure pool was closed. We’re already trying to plan a trip back!

Service at Tarpon Bay was questionable but we still enjoyed ourselves. Construction next door was also very annoying.

Modern, clean and very friendly staff

There were not nearly enough tubes available. I have been to this hotel a few times before and it’s always been great. I was disappointed that there were hours when we could not get a tube and we were never able to get a double tube during our whole stay.

All the pools

The check-in. They had us waiting for a room to be ready and we were traveling with a baby. They asked if we wanted to change a better room that we had for another one with worst view so this room could be ready earlier in 20 min and the room wasn’t ready until more than one hour exactly at 4p. So we missed a better room and any way we had to wait the regular time for check-in

A lot of mixed groups

We were near the elevator room and it woke us up at t am - awful. Front staff was nice and waived our valet fees. But may not stay there again- out of fear of hearing that all morning. Very costly as well for bar items

Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Staff was very attentive. Your front staff Emily and Ashley accommodating, our rooms we were offered were not great they found us a great room and made us happy

A few ice cream stands out by the pool would have been great
