Th staff was always warm and welcoming. It was a convenient location to everything. We came down for my daughter’s lacrosse tournament, however we on a tight budget. We decided to stay here and commute 25 mins to the fields. So glad we did! The outside pool is heated in January. We decided to take a dip after we came back from our 7 min drive from the beautiful Bonita springs beaches. Our room was always well kept by the staff, even folded my daughter’s blanket and set her stuffed animal propped up. Fresh towels and toiletries everyday as well. The people at the front desk always greeted us whether we were coming or going. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast you get, however always well stocked and the staff always engaging with the guests. There is a 50s diner right outside the parking lot, it’s a must to stop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It’s Excellent and it has a full bar! We decided we are going to bring our other kids down next February for a winter getaway since with live in Pittsburgh. That’s how much we liked it. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The accommodations were very nice, as was the staff.

I did not like the fact that people who were staying at the facility with dogs brought them into the breakfast room. There were 4 dogs in the breakfast room during the time we were in there. 2 right next to our table. Dogs on leashes also were a concern for my husband who walks with leg braces. He was almost knocked to the floor. Not only is this not healthy..and a safety concern..it simply isn't necessary. If they can't leave their pet long enough to eat breakfast, they should take their food back to their room. I hope this will not be allowed going forward.

Stayed here for one night whilst on the road. Room was clean and everything fine and dandy. As in many hotels along the way, though, the AC-unit was surprisingly noisy - but within tolerable parameters. Breakfast was varied enough to accomodate our Swedish palate, the patio/pool-area was quaint and big enough. Beds were very much to our liking, wide and not too soft, slept very well. The hotel is close-ish to a big road, but we heard nothing of the traffic. All in all a fully satisfying stay!

The staff was very accommodating when I had an issue. One day the room wasn’t cleaned but we’d been in here for the morning. They got it cleaned fully the next day. Maria at the breakfast was so friendly helpful hardworking. Liked the room and the view of the pond. I liked that Mel’s diner was right in front of the hotel.

Just that one day the room was not cleaned and the trash cans were quite small so you couldn’t fit much in there. Also something was happening with a leak on the 4th floor ceiling down the hall so that made me nervous that there could be mold in the ceiling, I had no idea what was going on there and they had a cleaning company coming in with masks on.

Everything worked our for our needs. The staff was very helpful and the room and other facilities were very nice. The pool was very nice and Mel's diner is just across the parking lot which was nice.

The only issue we had was that all pillows contained down feathers and I'm allergic so we had to go to Walmart and buy a couple of pillows for our stay because there were no hyper allergenic ones.

For a free breakfast it was great. If I had to pay it would be okay. Plenty of choices: make your own waffle, yogurt,cereal, pastries, oatmeal some fruit and a hot egg and meat as well as orange and apple juice and coffee. Rooms are nice size and clean. Great to have the fridge and microwave and a tub. The staff was great.

It doesn't seem like you can decline to have your room cleaned daily and they had hot water issues - two out of the four days no hot water.

Such friendly service! Always someone at the front desk with a big smile to greet you. My fiance and I had a room booked with two queen beds, and one of the lovely front desk people offered us just a room with one bed instead if two beds because we didn't really need two beds. And they gave us an even better room for how much I had to pay for the two queen bedroom room originally bought for the few days we were there for. It was absolutely wonderful. So nice of them. Was so big the room. Thank you. Such lovely staff.

In south Florida, when temps can be (and were) above 80 at 9pm, I find it senseless to close the pool area at 8pm. Quiet hours are posted at this hotel at 10pm-8am - the pool area should follow this timeframe. The pool is easily monitored/moderated at this property by the front desk since it is maybe 40’ away. Also, there is a very serene ‘lake’ behind the property, but no benches or seating areas to relax. There are benches nearby inside the fenced pool area, but since that area is closed at 8pm, including the seating areas, there are no other places to go and enjoy the Florida evenings, or say, make a phone call. The mattresses seem a bit worn and not firm.

I were visiting Florida and stayed in this hotel with my elderly handicapped mother right after her discharge from the hospital. All personnel of the hotel was very nice and caring. The manager Roopa took into consideration my special request, and had upgraded the room to accommodate our situation. I booked three nights initially, but had extended the stay because overall it turned out to be a good experience, and my mom had a good recovery in this hotel instead of staying at the rehab in the hospital. Thank you! Not to forget to mention that sunsets in a pool area overlooking the lake were so peaceful and beautiful!

The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and easy to get to.

I sleep in a sleep-number bed at home, because I have extensive arthritis in my neck, back, knees, and ankles. I found that I could sleep if I used many of the pillows to support my head and elevate my knees, but it took me time to adjust to the sheer hardness of the mattress.
