This chain is always my favorite to stay. Unfortunately, this was not a vacation. We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Milton. The hotel staff was amazing and the room was perfect as usual. I really appreciated the extra friendliness to help calm our anxiety. They were great about our pets, too. I kept thinking about how the staff live locally too and they are experiencing the same fears as we were. I hope they and their homes all fared as well as we did.
