The breakfast had a great selection of food choices from cereal to waffle and eggs it was excellent. All the Check in host were excellent. Especially Navi

If they had an extra washer and dryer that would have been ideal. Had to wait a long time to use machine. People wouldn't remove their clothes when machine stopped. Should put a sign up. Clothes will be removed if guest is not present.

No complimentary water! I don’t drink or fill my cup from water fountains or dispensers. I asked for water and the staff informed me that water was available for purchase or from the dispensary. I’m a Hilton honor member and I would think that the staff would have just given me a bag of goodies and placed a water in the bag . I usually receive a goodie bag but not this time. I didn’t ask or pursue the matter.

The rooms are very spacious. We arrived later in the day and only stayed one night but I was surprised by how big/long the rooms were and all of the kitchen supplies available. I will definitely look into staying at other Home2 properties moving forward as well travel.

I received an email about getting a digital door key but when I followed the prompts it rejected me.

Gym is very nice, simple for what you need from a hotel workout. Hot breakfast also good. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious. LOCATION! Gulf coast Town center is the best shopping center ever, has all the restaurant and shopping options you'll ever need.

The pool is only good in the first half of the day, it was set up with the sun setting behind the building. Breakfast could've had more options but it was fine for what we needed.

Our reservation was not found when arriving at Home2 Suites even though we had a confirmation # from Booking.com. There was no cross reference between the two systems. It took 45 minutes of frustration before finally canceling the original reservation with Booking.com and making a new one with Home2 Suites.

That you can’t make a left out of the property and have to drive 2 miles out of the way to go left.

Fairly new, right next to airport, easy to get around to food, etc.

Climate control in room was difficult; if you hit the on/off button it was also the heat/cool button which was a pain.

The location was great, the pool was heated, & breakfast was included!

Several of the hotel staff were unable to speak English, so requesting extra items for our room when needed was a hassle.

It was convenient to airport. It was clean.

Lack of comfortable seats in the lobby. Need more sitting chairs in the suites.

Plenty of parking on site and good swimming pool.

Quite far from city but great place to stay if you don't mind
